So I watched the full episode and just like this short snippet still doesn't show all five you get the three then you start asking questions that deviate away from the five ways ! Or was the sunlight grounding and breathing separate ? How much mineralized Baja gold or Celtic salt should be mixed into the 10 of water ?

Salt is no good in general, I know another doctor that totally goes against salt and says that potassium salt is the best. This is what she uses herself. Because salt is salt, whether it is sea salt or regular salt or Himalayan salt, it's all salt just coming from different places. Potassium salt is healthier from what I've come to understand. Our bodies do need salt, but we get so much salt in the foods that we eat, so adding salt is something we all need to go easy on. We are all too accepting of what amount of salt is put in our food by the food companies. I'm going to be using potassium salt and see how I feel. My last blood test said my sodium level is normal but on the high side of normal. So my doctor told me to try to drink more water and lower my sodium.

Agreed. This guy has machines for everything.
I bought a grounding sheet but felt no better ( maybe the silver threads didn't like the washing machine). But sitting barefoot in the garden after sunrise for an hour (sunset too) was gently invigorating. Getting infrared plus grounding. So I got an infrared light panel, as we live in the U.K., so sunny warm mornings are rare.

Easiest way to see how grounding works is to take a little voltmeter ($15), hold the negative lead in one hand and the positive lead in the other. Check your voltage. Then, take your shoes off and step from the pavement to the grass and see the difference.

You are talking about electric charge - he is saying its magnetic. It sounds like nonsense, unless you get someone to better explain what is going on. If this were true it would work at any building level as the potential charge anywhere - even inside will be the same because the entire building is grounded.

@@wilmarkjohnatty4924 we are talking about the same thing. Electricty is polarized. Positive and negative. Grounding a car, grounding a house, grounding an outlet, grounding yourself... all doing the same thing. if you are standing in a building that is grounded you are not grounded because only the buildings electronics are grounding not the building itself. and you are wearing shoes which prevent you from being grounded until you take them off and touch soil. the building itself is grounded by a pole that goes into the ground. it's called a grounding rod.

I watched this guy on another podcast about 9 months ago, and decided to start grounding. It really helps relaxes you. If you do it on grass barefoot, and lay there, and put hands down on grass too for 5 minutes under a tree....you not only feel your body discharge but you can see the leaves of the tree start to move though there's no wind anywhere else. This is your body releasing negative energy. It's really cool.

Engineer says: has to be bare soil, as the ground is at what is considered zero potential (voltage) and as its so large it dissipates... think lightning (millions of volts) hitting the earth dissipates to zero. The higher you go in air the potential voltage increases (tesla actually designed a pole that pulls charge out of the air due to potential difference). Even better if you can hammer a copper rod into the ground and hold it... like an earthing rod an electrician would use

Drive a separate ground rod for grounding. Your outlet ground is dirty electricity that you plug into. Your electrical ground is connected to the electric grid, and is bad, locate new ground rod away from existing ground as far away as possible. You will truly have a direct ground. Do it right!

As a physicist the part on magnetism and charge was a difficult watch. There may be something good about getting your feet on the ground but it's not because the Earth's magnetic field and discharging only work outside (check your compass next time you're on the loo).
Anyway I'm going outside to stick my feet in the sand pit to change my polarity. ⚡

it's easy, measure the voltage running through your body while sittings next to your IT system, repeat while putting your naked feet on a grounding mat below your table.
I bought a mattress and pillow cover for about 175€ in order to be grounded during sleep aka the longest daily period of rest. It's almost impossible to achieve similar benefits during day time by walking bare foot. So far it's the only thing that helps me with the nerve pain in my feet (neuropathy). It doesn't cure it but helps to walk pain free in the morning for 2 -3 hrs.

I tried several bare foot shoes, sandals and what not, few pretty expensive therapeutic devices , without any success. I guess I'm trying to find the ONE element missing in my body.
I tested and still use strophantin, lithium, iodine, benfothiamin. Just learned that neurogenesis (growth of nerves) can be supported by using warmth, either via sauna or bathing in warm water at about 42°C. A red light infrared panel didn't help.
However chances are it's another side effects of my long covid.

I'm a subscriber to your channel which is all inspiring.
Your interview with Gary Berek was fascinating for me as I suffer with a few health problems. For my family and myself I just need to get on with it being the main earner, which also causes me other issues. Could I ask a couple of questions. The PMF mat is there a cheaper version which can do the same job?
And the infrared light you and your partner bought, what was the make as there are so many and prices vary so much.
And when looking on the Internet you never really know if your getting the right thing. In advance thank you for any advice you could forward on.
    Kind Regards
    Shaun Folan

The mixture of cottage cheese and flax seed oil or UDO’s oil omega 3-6-9 is the cornerstone of the Budwig diet. You make the mixture of cottage cheese, flax seed oil and some low-fat milk. You can have it as part of a muesli made from ground or whole flax seeds. You can also add some fruit, nuts and honey to the seeds. It’s combined with the protein and makes absorption into cells easier .
