My first child came to being when I was 19 yrs old. I found the basics of good food, loving environment and safe, secure home came naturally. The thing I worried about most was not negatively impacting their mental health. Emotinal intelligence coupled with Self belief, courage and resilience are important life skills to equip them with.

Eu admiro o jeito que ela preza e luta pela família, justamente quando há um discurso de desmonte da família atualmente!

    Love this lady ...
One of my fave models ❤
She took control of her own life ... proved it really can be done, with self discipline & intelligence. I wish everyone I love & care about would watch this and be inspired ... especially if they are silently struggling.
Whatever is going on around you ... stick to your own standards.
So much of this resonates with me. Bravo wonderful lady 👏👏👏 ❤
