I have end stage COPD (bad lungs) and am almost bedridden. I am determined to regain what strength I can and this looks like a perfect place to start. Not only is it low impact and easy to adjust too whatever level of energy and breath I have each session but is teaching me the rest of the words of my grandsons favorite lullaby. I can only ever remember the chorus 😅. What a great choice in music! I will comment back in a few weeks with a follow up.😊

Thank you so much for your short videos. I had just about given up on exercise until I found your wonderful short videos. Finding exercises that allow me to enjoy moving and still closely watch my oxygen saturation levels has been a true challenge. You are a God Sent.

I came across your videos and fell in love with them. I plan on joining in myself for my daily breaks, but I loved it more for my online class with 9 year old children. With Covid-19 we can't move around much in a class or when in front of the computer. Would you consider doing some video lessons with kids as participating?
