Just like this Archies song from back in the 60's! I start off with a tutorial so that you can get the moves down and really get into the groove of the Dance.

I started teaching chair yoga to my mother, MIL and aunt during Covid (by zoom) and actually used this song to create a yoga dance to! They love, love dancing at each class🤗

Will this help a 285 pound 51 year lady to help her lose weight? I have a bad knee and it's hard for me to exercise and I want to do something that helps me i have joint pain and im trying to get this weight off me so i can live longer and be able to do stuff with my granddaughters
Moving burns calories!!! So yes... these dances are great for revving up your metabolism which helps with weight loss. Start slow and easy... and you'll notice it gets easier (and more fun!). I have over 100 Chair yoga dances with lots of great songs. You'll never get bored!! You can do it!❤❤❤❤
