The most incredible thing is that we are not that far away from reprogramming our cells, and he 's proved it. He's at the cusp of maybe restoring sight to human beings, what an incredible feat. My biggest fear is that there are many people out there who will do whatever they can to jeopardise his work, not because they can do better but out of simple spiteful jealousy! Remember every single human being on this planet will get old one day and suffer everything that goes with it, if we can do something to negate that outcome not only do we profit but all the generations to come. It is far better to prevent these illnesses happening rather than treating them with dangerous drugs, which profit nobody but the pharmaceutical industry.

Ok I've been following Dr David Sinclair since 2019 and have been taking NMN since then as well Today is the first podcast I've seen interviewing him since about 2021. As I'm watching this podcast now I swear the information I received stimulated something in me and my body had rushes of tingling sensations. It feels like age reversal or like a power up like in a video game. Maybe our cells understand us and can get excited too. Really I'm not kidding.

David Sinclair has lost a little of his pixie dust because of a few missteps.
However, there is no denying he is pushing the Longevity space in a new direction…looking at Aging as a disease, the hypothesis that there is of a back-up copy in cells that could be used to reverse aging, and more.

I am living with a 101years old lady.
She walks, dresses herself, do her cooking, plays bingo every Friday, Monopoly, rummikub 5x week,
She doesn't eat a lot, she knows how to deal with stress.
    She socialize a lot,
    She sleeps very well
    She laugh a lot

I have been watching Dr. Sinclair for about 2 years now. Finally about 3 months ago I bought his book, "Lifespan" in Spanish, and gifted it to my dad (77 years old). He read almost the whole book and started talking about NMN. We started taking NMN about 3 weeks ago, since then I've felt more energetic and feel better, my dad is yet to report results (I think it is too soon though since he is taking only 150 mg). We started taking 150 mg but about 3 weeks ago, I doubled it to 300 mg last week and started giving my wife 150 mg (She has rheumatoid arthritis), since then she said she has felt less pain and less stiffness. Keep doing what you are doing Dr. Sinclair, at least in my family it seems to be working....

Then comes the question of cloning and the rights of the other person and all the others that comes with. How much longer could someone live if they were given younger blood of their own? How many clones of your own could you make?

It's very simple, you restore your DNA when you completely dissolve the negative mindset with your self-love. This is the inner ascension process, which begins with sincere forgiveness.
Due to the negative thinking, the telomeres of a cell can only divide about 60 times and then the cell dies, which is not the intention.
The negative mindset is the result of inner fear.

I believe free radicals should be studied more often because they put out negative waves that can get in the way of signals and charged particles pretty much everything inside the body of a living cell and stop the positive activity between molecules and other particles creativity. Unpaired electrons can carry a negative charge for a long period of time while injecting negative energy and causing confusion between molecules and charged particles and stopping them to not line up with the inner and outer cell structure and work accordingly with the cell inner umbilical cord duplex protein adjustable scaffolding operating system designed to liquefy molecules and deliver them through activities on each contact with the cell inner wall but because there have been damage to the cell internal an external tissue they begin duplication on damaged and dysfunctional tissue, so rather than breaking away into two separate cells the cells clump up into a waste field powerhouse injecting free radical material into the bloodstream and eventually causing damage to other fully developed cells outer surface and enter body. I believe stopping unpaired electrons from doing any type of damage could be much easier than looking for alien resources. I believe it's all about negative and positive charge particles and reducing the wavelength on unpaired electrons and stopping the confusion with a stronger microwave input that can convert into a negative and positive charge and balance the entire waste field of decaying cells so white blood cells can take over and stop free radicals waves interference on the human DNA and from blocking biological digitally coding from positive electrons and molecules and other particles trying to stay charged and keep up with creativity..

What about programmed senesence, the telomeres shorten and it seems to be more than wear. Are we indicating that fundamental lengthening of telomeres has been done in experiments? Otherwise, there seems to be a "clock" that indicates programmed death by a body calendar. An actual time-senesent truly time aged rat may have a body clock that references an aspect of...time...that is not being addressed by artificial ageing tecniques. As scientists and anti-aging proponents, we need to have begun to look at this in a real time manner, because the time it takes to know the proven coucpome of such validative measures-- now THAT could get "expensive" in terms of lost lives. Lets proceed as individuals to try--but we also need this for the future.

James keeps referring to the DNA being corrupt which is not what David’s theory is. It’s the epigenome that’s not working right. David’s being very politically correct in not correcting him.

@@SAMSAM-rw9fcfrom a positive thinking, I think he want to raise his fame and raise money for his business. You can imagine this kind of human trials need a huge amount of money and you know what's more important than the money? People's faith. Now, no one believe aging can be reversed. So no trial will even begin. That's I believe what he wants to change. One thing you can trust is that he is not doing those only for money. Come on, money does not mean too much for people at his position.
