I went crazy looking for your recipe after using it years ago. I'm so happy that I found this again. I'm puerto rican and I have to say although greens isn't my forte, out of all the recipes that I've used this by far is the best and one of the only ones that I've seen use Spanish seasoning which I appreciate.
Thank you for this recipe! I've cooked greens in the past but I foolwed your recipe and the best ever! Did not have to add anything once they were on the plate. Perfect!
that's exactly how I do my greens except I always use hammock don't no other meat compare and I add my vinegar when the greens are done but it does looks yummy
Imah try and cook my some my moms African American but my dad raised me hes Jamaican I wish I could learn for my daughter i gotta try tho practice makes prefect
Made this today so delicious got so many compliments on this dish . It was the star of the plate , I added bell peppers and onions to mine and I also added more vinegar at the end as I love vinegary greens thank you !
@@MyFullFiguredLife Made them and they turned out great, love how the dehydrated onions are not slimy and squishy after cooking for an hour, thanks again!!
I am a black Jamaican living in Canada and I have never tried black American food. Next time I am in the states I will try it looks sooo good . Kinda reminds me of Jamaican callaloo

I'm so glad you spoke about how important it is to remove the stems, let the greens soak in water, remove and soak AGAIN. Some ppl are so lazy and nasty cooking dirty greens. These look bomb! 😋
