    제가 칠십에 소교님 요리 따라하려고 이것저것 만들다보니 냉장고가 터지려고 하네요 ㅎ
    외식하기 싫어집니다
    덕분에 골고루 해서 나눠먹고 쟁여두고 또 따라하기 벅찬데 은근 즐겁고 행복해집니다
    식구가 없어 식사량도 자꾸 줄어들어 야채 과일등 서구식으로 바뀌는경향이 있어요
    서교님 덕분에 이맛 저맛 만납니다 늘 건강하세요❤

    실리콘 틀에서 나온 🍅 소스들이 너무 이뿌네요
    재료를 보면서도 늘 상상이 안가는 장면들이 펼쳐지네요 아이디어 굿!건강한음식도 굿!

    저도 못난이 파프리카 사고싶네요 꼬마파프리카도 넘
    맛있어서 매일 두세개씩 먹는데 쪄서 말려도 맛있는 가루로도 쓰임새가 좋을듯

    구운 파프리카 냉동 된거 팔아용 ^^ 쉽게 그거 이용해도 좋을듯합니다. 맛있는 레서피 감사합니다

    일반 스파게티 면 보다 얇아 보여요 엔젤헤어 같지는 않은데요....

    왜 파프리카를 1주일 말려야 하나요?
    수분때문에 그런가요?
    끓이면서 날려도될까요
    말리는 중 상할것같고 빨리하고 싶어서요

      말리지않고 하셔도 됩니다^^
      말려서하면 맛과 향은 ㄱㅍ어지지만
      여름엔 말리기 힘드시니
      그냥 하시는게 좋습니다 ^^

    장마철 높은 습도때문에 찐후 말리지 않고 토마토랑 소스를 만들어도 될까요
