- If you don’t have a yoga strap.. use a belt, rope or dressing gown strap. This class is perfect for opening up the chest, relieving stiff shoulders and upper back tension and stretching your hamstrings.
Great yoga Strap workout. This is just what I needed. I can feel the stretch all over my body. Looking forward to more of your 📹. 💪
Thank you so much for this calm and creative learning
Such amazing exercise, feeling elongated and relaxed. Thank you , Tara!
this is probably my favourite video of yours. I feel like I've done an hour worth of yoga in only 25mins! its my 'go to' any time I need a good stretch. thank you!!!
This is the best video! I never tire of it! I always feel elongated and 100 % better each week I do this. THANK YOU!
Simply an amazing stretch, third time doing it. Truly feel lengthened but haven't finished it yet. First time was at 7 minutes, then 11 then 14 minutes after working out. Really stretches out those aches and pains. Thank you so much
So glad I've found your workout :) I've been doing HIIT workouts but missed the slow stretching flow of yoga 💗
I love this addition to my practice. You created a beautiful flowing practice!
I found this so soothing, thank you!
My first time using a strap. That was a super practice. Thank you.
Excellent practice! I feel elongated and limber. Thank you!
Absolutely brilliant Flow. Thank you very much Tara :)
Wonderful learning from you
I was recently gifted a yoga strap for my birthday and this was the first stretch that I followed. Excellent, I look forward to seeing your other video.
Amazing lesson! Thank you, Tara😄
Such amazing practice! Thanks for sharing 💗💗💗
Thank you so much. Loved this workout and really felt my body being stretched 🙏🏼
Thank you🙏🙏🙏
I love this video 🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️
I like the end postures especially drawing the knee toward the armpit. What a great stretch.
I only discovered Tara's channel recently and so far I have loved all the routines I have tried. I suffer from joint pains (part and parcel of a hereditary disease) and this routine really seems to help my shoulder and hip pains in particular. I really appreciate the clear instructions and steady pace. My only possible suggestion would be to maybe add a few more reminders regarding the breathing (out vs. in whilst doing the movements) for forgetful yoga amateurs/novices like myself... ;) But all in all, this is one of the best exercise channels I have discovered and thank you very much Tara for posting these videos on TH-cam (and for introducing me to barre and my cat to Joey 😉)😊
Best.Class.Ever!

Very well done with excellent commentary .

Thanks! Super!
Thank you so much. This really helped me😊I'm new to yoga and I need to get more flexible❤
I just found you, and I love the way how you align perfectly the whole body with the band ❤
A lovely workout that helps both to learn how to use a strap and stretch the body properly! I will definitely save it to try again. The only problem for me was music which I find too distractive and loud.
Amazing thank you 😊
Thank you so much for this thoughtful and informative practice!
I’m so pleased you enjoyed!! Thanks so much.. I make videos when I can. ❤️🙏

great use of strap - nice to see something different!
U r just perfect dear..Learnt a lot from you..thanks very much..
Thanks 🙏 nice music 🎶
Definitely a more advanced stretching routine with the strap but it had great flow and touched every part of my body. Fantastic stretches with the strap and great cues to follow along. The pace was really good too. Thanks for putting this routine together.
Thank you so much.
Nice and wonderful addition.keep it up keep innovating,💯👍
Really beautiful. Just discovered you and always looking for strap work.
This is an amazing workout for me. Who loves yoga but find my form lacking due to stiffness and holding balance in trikanasa for instance....I am trying to strengthen my legs and sort out knots in myu back and feel those are both being targeted.
Glad you enjoyed thanks so much 🫶
Such a great stretching,, I really enjoy it. Thank you
Most welcome thank you so much

Hi Tara! Thank you so much for this; it was much needed! I'm not sure you will see this message but if you do; how often do you recommend doing this stretch?
Excellent for beginners
Gratitude
Great ❤❤❤❤❤
Your accent is so 🥰😍😛 nice stretches also
I found this video today when I was looking for stretches I can do with the help of a strap. While the flow is amazing, and I feel so good, every minute into it, as I relaxed, I fought the urge to move on to another video.. Is there a chance you could upload this video without the music? Humble request from a new viewer :)
Hello thanks for your message! I made this video Years ago and cannot find the original one to change the music! I’m so sorry. When I have time I shall try to make another one… I know music is so loud. When I made it I wasn’t very good at editing. Sorry !!
Love this video. Keep coming back to it when i have icky days. Thank you!
I’m so pleased you enjoy 🤗
❤️ love
Excellent video, great explanation, however that music is too loud.
It drowns out the soft gentle voice.

lovely class, thanks a lot! (Would have been equally good, if not better, without the music...but that is my personal opinion, as I easily get distracted by background music)
it's a pity the music's too loud...
