Thank you for offering options in savasana. I've always felt like there are rules to savasana pose- arms down by your side and palms up- and if I wasn't following the rule then I wasn't doing yoga the right way. Arms above my head was exactly what my body has been crying for in savasana. Thank you so much for reminding me that listening to my body and offering it what it needs is yoga. Namaste.

This practice is also perfect for me, a chronic pain sufferer. For the chronic illness community; I love this 4 helping 'unfurl' after an over night of pain leaves my posture off & muscles exhausted from spasming/whatever.
I have a lot of back pain and this practice helped them melt away! I really enjoyed the one posture with the block, looking forward to trying that again!
Congrats on your first Chiropractic adjustment! I find that soreness after an adjustment is reduced or eliminated if I get a massage first. This warms up your muscles so that they are not tense when the adjustment occurs. Reduces the possibility of injury too. Just a thought for your future adjustments! 💛 Been loving the channel and the improved audio quality (I see you!) 😁
