Video quality is the combination of good content, likes, comments, shares, views etc. If the SEO title, description, thumbnail, relevant ranking tags and video SEO are complete, the video quality increases.     I found this video today when I was looking for stretches I can do with the help of a strap. While the flow is amazing, and I feel so good, every minute into it, as I relaxed, I fought the urge to move on to another video.. Is there a chance you could upload this video without the music?       Hello darling I got the weights on Amazon. They are just 1.5 kg Pilates ball weights. I hope that helps

    Really great workout! Is not as easy as it seems at first, but with regular training you notice how strong your arms get and can hold them up during the whole 10 minutes!

    Taking progesterone pills to help with heavy and double periods has been a blessing however, I I can no longer stand the pain and swelling of my feet and hands. Sure wish there was something else to control my periods :0(

    Thank you for this! ❤ I invite you all to watch Barbara Hoffman here on YT. She also talks about progesterone deficiency along with everything hormones. SHES AMAZING! She helped me realize I was low on Progesterone and I've now been on it for 3 months and I finally feel normal again!
