Why not just do the other side of the tricep stretch for example? When you say do the other side, I have to pause the video and get re-set up . Just do the whole thing in real time for goodness sake.
Why would you want to stretch your torso laterally? There's no reason for it and you're just promoting injury. But what do I know? I'm a sports medicine physician and she's a certified personal trainer AND yoga instructor
