    It’s much better when the person teaching does both sides in real time with you but this wasn’t a bad intro

    I love this strap! I found it on clearance at Walmart recently for around $10. great suggestions!

      Yes you can, be be careful to not over stretch!

    Why not just do the other side of the tricep stretch for example? When you say do the other side, I have to pause the video and get re-set up . Just do the whole thing in real time for goodness sake.

    Why would you want to stretch your torso laterally? There's no reason for it and you're just promoting injury. But what do I know? I'm a sports medicine physician and she's a certified personal trainer AND yoga instructor

      Here’s the problem with TH-cam. Everyone can be an ‘expert’. The internet gives an amplified voice to those who really don’t deserve it. Including me possibly 😁

      pro trick: watch movies on kaldrostream. I've been using it for watching a lot of movies recently.
