Its Wilson's rat bag manager Nat Turnapol. The man you could say was the Equivalent of Parker to Presley. The differene Turnapol only TOOK FROM JACKIE over 80% of everything he earned. He had no interest in his career. He was in with the mob. Who at one time hung Jackie by his ankles out of an office window to make sure he resigned one of the worst contracts in music history.

Elvis saw Jackie doing a take off (impersonation) of him singing Don't be cruel (Elvis had ALREADY had a hit with it) and loved it so he recounted the performance to the Millionaire Quartet. He and Jackie became great friends and this is what Jackie said to the ignorant accusation about Elvis supposedly 'copying' black musicians style "'A lot of people have accused Elvis of stealing the black man's music, when in fact, almost every black solo entertainer copied from Elvis'. Fact is, musicians influence each other, we don't live in an isolated bubble and of course Elvis would have been influenced by other musicians, (specifically from the blues and gospel genre - because he grew up alongside it!) BUT everyone knows when they hear Elvis, who it is, if he had copied anyone, it would be difficult to make that distinction - you only have to apply a little common sense. However, there is something about Elvis that makes him ELVIS, makes him unique - he has an indefinable quality that draws you in, it's more than just charisma and it's as rare as hens teeth so when someone wonders why Elvis became The King - that's why! Elvis was born with a style that nobody will ever duplicate. He was / is the original and he always will be. God knew only one would do what he wanted done. He made millions of strangers worldwide friends and brought millions more to God with his Gospel. That man was simply called Elvis !!
