@@larrychannell7056 If the B1G offers, FSU would have no choice but to accept; however, most of the B1G will view FSU as a Forrest Gump with a nice address.
@@larrychannell7056you BIG bufoon, the BIG is a dying rust belt region within a dying conference playing catch up with the SEC. If this wasn’t the case they wouldn’t be so desperate to add ACC southeastern teams. Once the top teams of the ACC aligns with the SEC, you can bury the Big, it’s done. FSU/Clemson BOT should demand double the TV payout from the Big, or threaten to go SEC.
The SEC, minus Vanderbilt, along with about 8-12 other power football schools should leave the NCAA and have a league of their own with their own rules (ie school enrollment would be optional) and TV/Streaming rights contract. NIL was the first step in showing the reality of big time college football for the past 50 years, aka minor league for NFL. This departure from the NCAA would be the next step.
The SEC makes no sense! You can have two teams in Alabama, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi but not Florida and South Carolina. FSU long time desired SEC membership only to be repeatedly snubbed. Once another conference in 1992 wanted FSU the SEC offered but then withdrew their offer to FSU when it didn’t go their way. Once again the SEC has a chance to get FSU but is so fickle, the B1G will win out. FSU is an SEC like school but the SEC can’t get their act together and want them.
As long as the schools in the states of North Carolina and Virginia are left out of the SEC, the ACC can survive. They don’t have any other choice but to survive. Notre Dame won’t let them go down the tubes.
It will open the door for USF and Memphis to join the ACC
That would be GREAT!
Memphis and Tampa aren't growing fast enough for it to be awesome. But they are growing enough to take notice
Why would the ACC add more? It has already preemptively backfilled, and Tier 2 conferences are best at 8-12 members.
@@tarheel7406 That is why the Big 12 is holding at 12 teams.
@@Katavicta Tampa is growing.... excuse me? Lol
He sounds like his father 🍢🍢
Come to the BIG TEN Florida State its the only team in Florida that is respected by BIG TEN fans.
@@larrychannell7056big 10 fans talk bad about FSU too I live in Indianapolis and I hear it all the time

FSU will likely go independent before joining a conference... Clemson should stay... ACC should add USF when FSU leaves.. if Clemson leaves add Tulane
😂😂😂😂 say you haven’t been paying attention without saying it.

When FSU joined the ACC the joke was "Why does a chicken cross the road? To join the ACC".

nailed it. Couldn't agree more.
Curious... For how long and by how many professionals must it be reported that CLEMSON and FSU are low expansion priorities for the SEC (and B1G)?

14 straight ten win seasons, Saban just retired with 16 straight ten win seasons.
Bobby also had 30+ wining seasons and 14 straight top 5 finishes
Who cares
You do 😂 @@larrychannell7056
Saben could do 14 straight years in the top 5. That is the record .
The difference is Bobby didn't buy players
