Hello man , Just got my Asus rog ally a couple days ago!! After 30 minutes of testing games, the lights on both analog sticks aren't working anymore and the command center and Armoury crate buttons aren't working I have tried the followings: 1: soft reseted the device local 2: hard rest from the bios 3: rolled back the bios to 3.17 4: updated everything in windows and restarted 5: turned off the console for more than 30 minutes Nothing worked what shall I do next this is really disgusting I have never faced such a thing before!! Any help would be much appreciated!

Oh wow that sounds horrible. Did you contact Asus for tech-support? You may have a dead unit?
