This is a 2015 Bobcat t590. In this video i fix the really bad worn out pivot pins and bushing in the attachment plate and also change the drive motor fluid.
Great ingenuity on welding the holes close to straight. Could have spend a couple grand to have them line bored and they'd still wear out again in a similar amount of time. Good work!
Nice! I just had to do the exact same repairs on a 863 I got a few months ago. All the bushings were either completely gone or as thin as aluminum foil.
@@SGaryNinja It's not their money. I worked construction 35 years, and I always treated the tools/ equipment I used like they were my own, it drove me crazy when I would see other guys abuse the hell of tools, then they would complain the boss supplies them with junk tools.

Thanks👍
Looked at one yesterday. Had too much slop so I didn’t get. Thanks for the info. Learned a lot!
Everything can be fixed just make sure the price point matches that work👍

Good thing you caught it before it did anymore damage
I hope you got a great deal on this one.
Where's the new video at? Let's go. Happy new year 👍
Nice job probably saved 3 grand if sent out, what skill you have.
Does your partner know that?
Blame the engineers, on paper it looks good. But they aren’t the ones who have to work on them 🤣
Hey mate, I have the same machine in Australia. What width tracks do you have?
Hi, I have the narrower track, about 13 inches
i’ll never understand why it kills ppl to just grease the machine and keep the fluids and filters clean
I agree
I think a lot of the people buying the machines new aren't the ones operating them day in/day out.
