Glycine is great..I add it to my green tea, along with collagen...64, jumping rope 3 x's per week for 55 minutes..it's great for keeping your joints, knees, connective tissues..working the way you like..
I love your enlightment on Glycine especially in term of combining it with other supplements... It is really helpful in preparing my supplement regiments especially in building muscle mass n increasing metabolism. I am from Indonesia, 62 yo, struggling to increase insulin sensitivity.... Love your content.... Pls make enlightment on protein requirement for senior (50+).
TMG is great stuff -- but fair warning: about 8% of the population is prone to over-methylation, and the three methyl donors in the tri-methyl-glycine might cause them to spiral into mental disorder. (In my case, I was naively taking 22,000% the DRV of methylcobalamin B12 for an autoimmune condition, and it spun me into cyclothymia, like a lesser form of bipolar disorder. And then, too-clever-by-half, I tried to address the depression with SAMe, which is S-Adenosyl _Methionine,_ and that just made the highs higher and lows lower. Finally, I was trying the supplement called MSM, or Mono-Sulfonyl- _Methane,_ and as soon as it started metabolizing, it bodyslammed me with the deepeset depression I'd ever felt. At least it was so sudden that I had no doubt that it was the MSM at fault, and then the whole _Methane, Methionine, Methyl_ puzzle piece fit together, and I was able to cold-turkey quit everything with too many methyl donors, and within about twelve hours I got to feel Normal again for the first time in a couple years. So! TMG should be pretty great for like 90% of people, but that last 10% will be sad puppies in snow.
I take nac 1000 mg noticed I’m more active even thou I’m still young 22 but extremely over weight around 100 kg Should I add glycine as well ? I’m on my way to lose wait

Is it the same as the one with Magnesium Glycinate?
Yes that's a combination of Magnesium and Glycine. I prefer to take them separately since I like to take 4-5 grams of Glycine daily...
Is my sweetener. I consume 15 grs a day on top of my carnivore diet.

Yes please try it. It's very cheap and has many benefits. I take 6g daily. And it helps people sleep for sure.

How much glycine do you take a day?
I take 3 g with breakfast and on the days I work out I take another 3 g post-workout
I been taking at night to relax per direction but wonder if i need to AM as well
