When you put it away after using it, do you notice any oil and or gas on or around the carburetor?

I've had mine for 2 years. Used about 10 tanks of gas so far. I used 1 tank of gas today, then it ran out. I put in more gas, but now it won't start. What is wrong with it?

You dont need a #6?? Dont leave it on choke while running
