One night I fell asleep with the narcissist in my bed in our second year together. I had a dream that demons surrounded me and the light blasted through the roof into me and it spoke from me. “You cannot have her. She is a child of God!!!” I immediately woke up and the narcissist was already awake and jumped out of the bed seeming nervous. He said that I spoke in another voice and said that very statement out loud. He was so afraid. You are right about the evil spirit.

My ex-husband is a narcissist. Over thirty years ago when I was with him I thought I was losing my mind because of his change in behavior and abuse that started happening to me. I did see that he seemed to be a sociopath because of the pleasure he took from mentally physically and sexually abusing me. Only years later did I find out that he was a true narcissist who perhaps is also a sociopath. I also believe he has down low tendencies and so does his second ex-wife. Narcissistic men who want to give their advice on how to get and treat a woman are using these men to feed their ego which is insatiable. They want to be worshipped by everyone.

I recently ended a long term relationship with a narc. I think the reason i was an easy target was because my mother is a narc and I have never recovered from the neglect and abuse that I suffered at her hands. This lack of motherly love has caused me to be co-dependant and I have continued to fall into the hands of narc men. I never even got a hello when I met a narc. He would glare at me, waiting for me to greet him all the time. I was nice and didn't want to cause a scene in front of other people. He would literally watch me and make me feel uncomfortable, like I owed him something. Next time, I would completely ignore this kind of person because they're looking for attention - good or bad.

Ms Faye, the accuracy in your message is chilling. I too confuse the “once in a while sex” as intimacy with a grandiose covert narcissist spouse. No kissing for years, only touching me for sex. Love bombing was always two days back to back. 1st day it was over the top, next day it was me just having a pulse, jump on top hit it and got off😕. Then in recent yrs he was always pushing for anal sex to the point it felt like harassment because I always said NO which should’ve been enough and respected. I have had enough of toxic entanglement. He was happy when I would go to his home and later turned into Dr.Jegal and Mr.Hyde. . All he wanted was to drink Brandy and have you over for sex. He never showed any emotions like hugging and kissing. He was also selfish acting when over his house. If we watched TV it was what he wanted to watch. I finally after many years of being with him broke away from this man. He wanted to get back with me. I told him I did not want to entertain any men. I told him I do not want sex anymore. Well he is still doing what he was doing before we started seeing each other. There are women who are going to his home and staying over night. I thank God that I finally saw thru this man. You are exactly right about no intimacy. I remember after sex my narc would literally just roll over and go to sleep. Looking back, I seriously don't know why I tolerated it. I think you're right when you say we are put through this for a lesson of some kind. Of course, in the beginning, I didn't know what I was dealing with, as most others didn't either.

Yes I had one try to get me to sell my house. I thought about it and almost did. I found out later the woman before me sold her house and moved in with him. She spent her money on fixing up his house and when all her money was gone he left her. Also I was laying on him and his phone rung. He answered it and I heard a man on the end say hello wife. They had a conversation and he got off the phone. I said did he call you his wife? He said yes that’s my boy we play like that 🚩🚩🚩🚩

I was with one for 42 years!! When we got married he told me that he was never wrong and if I ever found him to be wrong I needed to mark it on the calendar!! He got to where when we went out he’d walk in front of me, not beside me and there was no intimate kissing when we made love. I have a lot of suspicions after watching you that he isn’t what I ever thought he was. I can’t give intimate details but it wasn’t right. Then he tried to say that he thought I was enjoying it. BS!! I’m glad I left but hate the pain my sons felt when I did. They’re grown men and I can never tell them all the details but I had to leave for my own sanity. Ms Faye is awesome. Listen she is experience and is helping others to save and improves lives. There is a lot of addictions. Sex can be one of them causing disease and destroying families. I taught fitness classes for nurses. Talk about them running into Narcs was unbelievable. A lot of the nurses had to leave their jobs after putting so much into there jobs and being treated horribly by the Narcs. Protect yourself and stay strong!

Best way to get out of those relationships. Become less available. Use work. Don't date anyone else. Be prepared to seem to relocate for work. You may need to put distance between you and he. This is to allow him to leave you. If you try to leave him it might become an issue. But be careful some guys can be dangerous.
You are not ever going to get real intimacy because they want things you are not capable of doing to yourself . It’s why they step out and think they have a right to misbehave. Don’t call them out in public. IT WILL GET YOU HURT.

Over three years Since that experience I’ve accomplished GOALS, wardrobe increased, car note no more, promotion at work, money in pocket, sleep on fleek, drug free, and closer to god. That experience lasted almost 1 year, but it was over in 4 to 6 months in. When gain awareness, you see them as unattractive and dark. Thank God I snapped out of that crap as soon as I did. I’m slow in dating and my discernment is higher than ever. This is interesting, even though I’m no longer with that person, but those muter fluckas at the work place so I keep abreast on narc contents to stay two steps ahead of them jokers. My covert narcissistic ex told me other men were hitting on him but “he’s not gay.” He one day after that asked me to try the back door. I had asked him who he tried that with and he said he did it with some girl a few years ago 😏 I didn’t trust it. He was also changing his appearance. I told him “for someone who isn’t gay, you are sure looking like them.” He dyed his hair from black to blonde 👱🏿♂️ and got a nose ring.

@Adora you just described my ex husband but he wasn't withdrawn but didn't say much around them and acted like such a good person but at home he was a monster. Some neighbors got a taste of how he really was when he got mad and showed his true colors. Police would show up and see me crying but he would act like oh it was just a little argument. A little argument? give me a break.. that is why I am crying with marks around my neck where he chocked me. He never got arrested. I was to afraid of him if I ever pressed charges. He was in the military too with lots of stripes. I told him once I was going to his Colonel about his abuse and thought he was going to kill me when he grabbed me around the neck. I was to afraid to follow through with it.

You are absolutely right lived 4 1/2 years in narcissistic marriage.
I wasn't allowed to have friends. My family wanted to come visit he put that to a halt. After we moved away from my family in VA to FL the controlling and abuse got worse. In our divorce he told me I could just go with his attorney and we could just make it a quick divorce. I went and got my own attorney which didn't take his manipulation and lies. It cost him in the end. He found out he couldn't be in control anymore with me.
Thanks for sharing this information, I didn't understand the person I was married to for 33yrs. I knew that something was not right. I've since divorced and am as happy and peaceful. I am learning to love myself after such an abusive marriage.

I too dealt with a covert narc. I met him when I was in my late teens and dealt with him on and off for many years (I am 49 now). Earlier on in our situationship, I had no clue about narcicissm, nor did I know how they move within the community or in life. I knew back when we met after a while that something was off with him but I could never put my fnger on what it was with him. The narc that I dealt with was mean, over-critical, uncaring, and disrespectful.
Fast forward to these days, I started to hear more about narcissism within the last 10 years. Once I started watching content on the tube and by doing my own personal research, I said, "ahhh ha!" I knew something was off about this man, lol. I had been working as a Therapist at the time that I started realizing what his deal was and if I was still working in that capacity today, I would definitely diagnose the ex with narcissistic personality disorder, for sure.
I had absolutely no clue why the ex was the way he was and of course, he was not as insidious earlier on as he became later in life. He was calculating, cold-hearted, cold/hot from one moment ot the next- always cheating and each time I went into investigation mode, I always found what he was up to but I was in such a trance and it took me years before I finally decided that I needed to get out. I literally started to feel that my life energy was being drained from me, think about a vampire drinking bl-od from its prey. I knew that if I did not get out, I would end up in a hottible way, to say the least.
The person that I dealt with always had to have me as that main source of supply, and he always wanted to have s-x because, you see, his game was to make women fall deeply in with him- he was a great s-x partner. He used s-x as a weapon, and I can be honest and say that our s-xu-al chemistry was the only good thing that happened between us. Outside of the b-droom, we were never on the same wavelength. He could never get enough adornment from one women, he had to have adornment from many women, he was never satisfied- a total energy vampire, seriously.
I have been in therapy and it helped, I am ahppy that I was finally able to leave and stay away. Oh, yes, he tried to hoove me back in but I refused, lol. Why would a person want to tie themselves to a person and such misery? No, never again, it's not worth my sanity or prescious time. I am going to live the second half of my life in peace and do the things I enjoy and love. If I never meet a guy that I can have a lifetime partnership with, oh, well, I'm good. I have felt love, and I have enjoyed wonderful s-exual times here and there, so it that is it, it is what it is, Be safe people and treat yourself well because you are the expert on you. Love yourself always and show that by treating yourself well😊🥰
You're right about everything you've said in your video today Ms Faye, but unfortunately a lot of these loose women in today's world aren't going to close their leg's to those type of convert narcissist men. Even if you've only had 1 partner, you have actually been with whoever they were with before you. I am sorry to hear that you went through a series of traumatic experiences that left you with such vivid unhappy memories. I wrote mine out in a book and forgot about and moved on with my life and success. I know what I don't want and I am in control of my environment and change. I am responsible for the decisions I make.
I have known women who got the diamonds, minks and they all said the man made them pay dearly for it and demanded so much from them. Like in time and energy or he cheated or he was abusive. Then I have met women living with their man and not married and they are happy. Then I have met those that are married and happy of all races.
Then there is the partnership where they share bank accounts and everything together. That is what one of my aunts friends were doing they were married 50 years up until he died, and then a year later she died. The husband was gorgeous, and the miserable one. She was an arrogant, ignorant and impossible creature.
Then there are men who put their women up on a pedestal. My ancestors from Punt land Somalia honored their women, and children and draped us in gold and diamonds. They made pure gold statues and bust of our women to worship and for all to see; and artifacts are being dug up now in Somalia/Punt land of our great Pharaohs and our civilization to prove it, and today, the men will tell you, your women aren't better than ours.
I have met women who live separately, and go freely over to their man's house and have sex with him and call him on the phone and say they are coming over to have sex. They are happy with the relationship and he's a nice guy. It is a practical union and they spend time together, so there is an emotional connection there.
Then you have thousand who have had these bruised relationships with these men who don't want a relationship to begin with. You have to know what works for you and what will make you happy.
You can't fit someone into your mold, they have to be compatible with you and have the same values. If you are a sensitive person you have to be extra careful and prudent in your selection of company.
If you are someone who can do or be involved, and not take it seriously and walk away with no regrets explore as you wish. I watch lot of content on TH-cam If I chose, I always try to give a positive comment. Good Luck!
I just love you! You are so real. We women need to hear the truth and not be blinded by these narcissistic men. I was married to one for 27 years. Now I’m in another relationship of almost the same kind, but I have refused to take it to the next level. After listening to just a few of your videos I understand why. A w man came into the salon for hot curls, he let us know he was meeting a man at the hotel across the street. Added a full face of makeup as he talked about his sweet wife and kids. Said he would be back in a couple to have his curls washed out and all his extras removed. He told us how important it was to hurry he only had 3 hours before his wife and kids needed to be picked up.
