    I see you cook with oregano. May I suggest that if you can, buy Mexican whole leaf instead of the one you have now. There’s a HUGE difference in taste. The brand I like is Órale. But I think all the Mexican brands are fine.
    They’re sold in small amounts so it’s always fresh. I keep mine in the freezer with the other seeds and herbs.
    I’m looking forward to making your salmon in coconut sauce. That recipe looks yummy 😋

    Mines is similar to this but i dint use the slurry as long as you let cocnut milk simmer on low it will reduce and create the same creamy sauce.
