Serves : 5 || Preparation Time : 5 Minutes || Total Time : 30 Minutes || Spice Level : Mild 🌶
Ingredients:
5 Salmon Fillet(600g)
Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 TspTurmeric
Sauce:
3 Tablespoon Coconut Milk Cream in 200ml warm water (200ml coconut milk)
1 Shallot
2 Cloves of Garlic
A small piece of Ginger
2-4 Green Chilli (As per your taste)
1 Tomato

This is a new way to eat salmon for me. It looks really yummy. Your salmon is nice and flaky and nice seared. The gravy is the star of the show here. Beautiful color, perfectly creamy, nutty, aromatic and so rich. The consistency is perfect for rice to soak up all that goodness or any bread to mop it all up.
