Try her beef stroganoff. Amazing and quick and easy! It's my favourite recipe! I substitute the mushrooms with frozen peas because I really don't like mushrooms 😁

I made a Tuscan Shrimp and Fish dish inspired by your Tuscan Chicken recipe. It was originally going to be shrimp and scallops, but the store didn't have scallops so I did swai filet instead. A few extra ingredients I did was 1) deglaze the pan after cooking with some white wine 2) add a cup of chicken broth and juice of a lemon after cooking aromatics which also helps thin out the sauce 3) serve over fettuccine pasta. It was my wife's new favorite dish and was sort of a good middle ground between a Scampi and a Tuscan Alfredo.

i grew some spinach in my garden and was looking for a recipe , i made this and it tasted so good however i cant find sun dried tomatoes so i just pan roasted some regular tomatoes but it was still very good , first time i cooked salmon at home and it was amazing

Served it with white rice but would definitely serve with a seafood risotto. As for the salmon the only thing i would add would be sautéed mushrooms, my personal preference would be baby portabella or even a baby king oyster. Oh my goodness Natasha! I tried this Tuscan salmon recipe and absolutely loved it! The sauce is so delicious!! I made some more and put it on my baked chicken today. I ran out of green onions so I used shallots. So good

Hi Hassan. Are you using frozen salmon fillets? Usually the sautéing on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side is enough to cook them through. You can cook them a little longer until they reach a safe internal temperature of 145°F on an instant-read thermometer at the thickest part of the salmon. Also- if your fillets are not evenly cut, you’ll have some that are more raw than others. You can keep those on longer. I hope that helps
