    Your channel has been great. At 47 form is more important than ever and I've learned a lot of tips from your videos. It's also been great for discovering new exercise.
    After the last few years I've discovered that I like to shuffle exercises to keep things fresh. So I wrote a local web page with my favourite exercises. I pick the muscle groups and it spits out random exercises. Then I can just drag them into the optimal order. It keeps things fresh and muscles confused.

    Great video! But one question.... I just started out and the "metal" adjusting the lenght is killing my arms when doing chest press. Its just stabs in my triceps and I cant find an angle that its not hurting. Why is the metal adjustment not alot lower or alot higher up? Bands are superior on push day

      It’s called a ‘suspension trainer’, lots of them on Amazon. The original brand (the GOAT) is known as TRX.
