Bought bands as dumbbell exercises are exacerbating upper body arthritis. I just watched your Utube presentation re. 4 exercises for shoulders. Your approach is excellent. Thank you.
For those of us with injured/worn out fingers/thumbs/wrists, try using wrist straps with D rings. Attach the bands at the wrist. Takes the pressure off the old joints. You don’t get 100% muscle activation but you get a lot more than 0%.
The bands I have don't seem to be that stretchable and considering I'm only 5'8 I'm not able to do a full over head press. So I'm using a chair which I can only imagine is good enough?
Skimming through and put your video on. My 19 year old son was beside me and glances. He then says, "Wow, President Bush does exercise videos?" Made me look twice and he does have something there. He now calls you Bush roided up.

This workout looks perfect for building strength without heavy weights. I'm definitely going to give it a try.
