Hundreds of complaints on the RV web sites about the cables "Seizing" shut or open. You say we must remove the coroplast bottom cover under the RV and then remove the foam insulation to lubricate the sliding blade in the valve? How often does this have to be done to prevent the cables seizing?

I have a 2022 keystone avalanche and my gray water won’t open. Not sure if it’s frozen. I do have a heater under there and I did insulated around the whole trailer with 2 inch foam board so it’s all covered completely around the trailer. Although we hit -35 below zero and we are gonna be at -25 below Zero the next 2 days. Then to 10 degrees and next week into the 40s so do you think it’s frozen or is the cable broke. My valves are in a covered location. Not like the older ones on the side of trailer. Would appreciate your help. Thanks. Julio.
