Truly exciting. I purchased my home in the Reserve of Minneola almost 11 years ago when there was no N. Hancock Rd. It was just an extension of Turkey Farm Rd. which became a dirt road. Since then Hancock was extended, the turnpike exchange was built, the Publix Plaza came to be and all the exciting expansion was announced. I feel unbelievably lucky to have stumbled upon this gem at the time that I did. I can’t wait for all these new opportunities.
Ahhh...I get it now!! They mad because we are getting a bigger and better Crooked Can Complex!! 😂😂😂 I'm sure they will visit this venue as well. Lets not hate but motivate!! This only grows Central Florida!!🎉 As a Minneola Resident, we will be able to ride our golf cart to the complex under Hancock!!
I think part of Tiafoe’s rage and attitude at the presser is bc he knows it’s not every tournament that you can run through without having to face Alcaraz and The Joker. Lost opp and he knows it.
It's been a topic of discussion in many meetings and they're working towards Minneola being golf cart friendly in particular areas. When it becomes officially we'll cover all the details. :) Appreciate you watching!

Is Minneola looking to become a golf cart community? Looks like many of the renderings show Golf Cart parking and the tunnel look made for golf carts.
