Nowadays living in Portugal, we are thinking about moving to Florida. I'm really good impressed with Clermont. A place which totally match with our profile and lifestyle. Your video reinforced my good impressions. Maybe we'll be neighboors soon. Thank you very much!
It’s a beautiful place and unlike the rest of Florida since it has rolling hills. Clermont and Minneola is very desirable and keeps getting better. Let us know when you’re ready and how we can help.
So, people aren't afraid to swim in a lake there? Ive seen so many videos and stories about alligators! My kids live in Kissimmee so we're looking into Clermont. Looks really nice. I have a friend who lives there as well.
Good breakdown. We're moving into our new home in Groveland in February. Until the 50 bypass project is done there and (hopefully) the downtown gets a makeover, we'll definitely make the short drive over to Clermont. I do wonder, though, even with the new road projects coming up, is there truly any real alternative to taking Highway 50 for East/West traffic?
I lived in Florida and no one I know swims in lakes. I don't think I would even kayak. I went canoeing and at the ramp where we got out, there was an alligator attack a year or two later. There are lots of pools and water parks for gator free swimming !
Exactly my thoughts! I don't understand how people talk about swimming in a lake in Florida. That's not a beach, it's a lake with sand thrown next to it. It's beautiful yes, but nope😂 Beach in Florida= sharks Lakes in Florida= alligators 😂 I know they're not waiting for you to get in the water and kill you, I know it's more probable that I die in a car accident than from a shark or alligator attack. I just don't feel like trying my luck 🤷🏽♀️
Are they dog friendly in Claremont? I currently live in St. Petersburg and you can take your dog anywhere when you go out to eat outside patios of course
Clermont/Minneola has been my home for 45 years this year.. Could never imagine leaving or living anywhere else.
Very informative video! Thank you!!

I love winter garden as well, but picked clermont and love it. Yes it has grown since I moved here 8 years ago but I still love it.

Muito bom clermont
I think Clermont has improved a-lot but it’s not Winter Garden. WG continues to build on its success.
How’s the school system and are their services for special needs students? Thank you.
schools are great! can't complain... for special needs idk, but you may find it at lake county schools portal.
@@DaniloPiccineThank you for letting me know!
