Need to rip up carpet and put tile. Put better carpet in bedrooms. Upgrade cabinets and counter tops. Upgrade bathrooms. They save a lot by not using drywall. That's a no go for me.
Thanks for watching. If you’re interested in this area, I can help you find something more along the lines of what you’re interested in. Email me at ryanffowler@gmail.com
What is the name of the builder on the 2nd home and what is the name of the model?

Missing the important features like what flood zone are these homes in? Is it near any bodies of water too? Also what sort of hurricane resistant construction was used? The bare minimum required by law or cinder block masonry with hurricane-strapped roof trusses and impact resistant windows? Imagine trying to get insurance in Florida for a home that meets the bare minimum or that's in a flood zone? You could wind up paying almost as much on insurance as you do your mortgage. Not to mention when you file your claim, because your house is built like a shack, your coverage will be dropped or if you are on the Citizen's state plan you get skyrocketing insurance costs.
IT’s central no flood insurance you are about an hour from any beach so when you do get hurricanes that come in central Florida catch the tail end of it the insurance is not much and it’s brand new construction. I’ve been living here for a year and a half my homeowners insurance is only $700 a year not all Florida gets destroyed during storms, but living in Central Florida when the summertime comes it’s unbearably hot
@@LoveFlorida1234Born and raised in Florida. I have a cousin that lives as far inland as you can get and she is still in a flood zone. Lots on inland areas are flood zones. Draining issues are also a problem not just being near water.
Hi. How many square feet?
Hey there, I say the square footage of each house at the beginning of each tour. Thanks for watching!
Too much carpet! Yuk
This seems to be the general consensus!
Bottom line is if you pay 270,000 for these houses good luck selling them in 5 years you will be upside down most likely.
