Kaleb, these homes are really cool and very reasonable!! The Prices are good and the homes were well maintained and very versatile!! You can't go wrong with this!! Thank you for everything that you do by sharing these amazing videos with us 🙂😊!!
Violation of code not to have back door. Interesting how they got past that. Also breaker box insude interior wall. Deed restricted. All homes in Marion Oaks are deed restricted. Not sure where these are.
It really is! We were happy to be able to help this single mom. I also wanted to show there are still some affordable homes in my area. Thanks for always watching my videos.
House #1. Is a Nice Home, price reasonable .But it's a F🎉ire Hazard, When you only have one Door. What were the builders thinking at that time. House #2 Awesome, I really liked this one. Loved Habitat for Humanity, A Great Foundation of giving back. Kaleb, Awesome job on your video, Have a great day, See you at the next one 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. $200 thousands? 1st home is small. Plain basic elevation but $207k. Let’s see. Ok. Open concept but that kitchen is NYC apt size-small. Tiny pantry but appreciated. W/D closet. Not a room. Bath ok. Guest bedrooms bigger than I expected. Primary an ok size. Closet small. Small en-suite. That’s odd. Have to go to the backyard from the front not good. Builder dropped the ball with that. But as you say home doable for someone. 2nd home. Basic elevation. Don’t like seeing kitchens on entry. Gives apt vibes. But will admit it’s nice. Again apt vibes with laundry location. But appreciated. Good size primary but small en-suite. Closet good size. Kitchen is ok. Big nook. Can get a portable island in there. Room for a pool. Like it’s a split floor plan. Bedrooms & bath ok. Oh wow. Habitat for humanity. How does someone qualify for that and what are they responsible for; the monthly bills/taxes/insurance ? Thanks much and you guys have a great week.
Hi Cydney. Thanks for your detailed review. I hope you are having a great evening as well. I’m not sure about the qualifications to get a home through habitat for humanity, but overall is usually for low income families with limitations. At the end, with all the voluntary work put into the process of building the home, you still pay mortgage, but much lower amount. I’m sure there is more information on their website. Have a great week.
Hey Marcus! thank you again for watching! That is a good question. I would assume so in the future. But at the moment, I would expect it to be awhile, it's a pretty rural area.
That first house is it a modular or wood framed? The entry door frame looks extremely thin and frai/cheap. Looks like the Sears catalog home you could order from the book and drop in any lot. Doesn’t look safe, looks like it will blow away. NO WAY TO EXIT THE BACK? HOW IS JUST ONE DOOR EVEN SAFE OR FIRE CODE APPROVED? I WOULD NEVER SHOW THIS SH!T BOX.
Very informative and excellently presented. Is this home concrete block or wood frame? Thanks.
IT'S A BLESSING, TO OWN A HOME 🏡... SENDING PRAYER'S AND BLESSINGS TO THE FAMILY OF THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOME.. THANK YOU ALL, FOR HELPING..💕💐🫂🥲🙏

You are so welcome!! I love 💕💕 your videos!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
I like the second home better than the first, even though more expensive, as it is block construction, Bigger, and has a exit to the backyard.
Hi Daniel, thanks for your feedback. Have a great week.

I was wondering about there being no backdoor.
My fav was the second home. More space for a great price. I loved doing Habitat for Humanity voluntary work with you. 😊
I know you liked that second home! Thanks for always being there! We are a team. ❤️
Happy Sunday Kaleb ❤. Nice homes and worth the prices in this economy. Volunteering is so rewarding ❤❤

Loved this episode! Awesome that you showcased more affordable homes and Habitat for Humanity!
Amazing job in helping back to you and your team 🙏🙏🙏
The first house looks more like an apartment. The second house is nice.
I don’t like homes with no door to the back yard. The second home was very nice.
Yeah! For the size and prize there was no space to add that back door on the first home. Thanks for your feedback! Have a great week.
code violation too
2nd home very nice not sure why appliances are not included hope who ever gets it price is negotiable
Great job Kaleb! There are new bargains out there and Ocala is really well served by shops etc.
hate carpet too so glad to see these

Were the second home location?34773?
I noticed that the roads are dirt? are they going to pave them in this development? Another great video Kaleb!
Hey Marcus! thank you again for watching! That is a good question. I would assume so in the future. But at the moment, I would expect it to be awhile, it's a pretty rural area.
I wonder if it will be easy to buy one and rent it out?🎉
Yes you can easily rent one of these homes. The neighbor on the first one was renting it.
how far is ocala to disney?
Anything in the Tampa FL area?
