OMG. I commented before I finished watching video because I thought I had seen it all. I was sooo wrong . Then primary suite ,sitting area and bathroom is absolutely stunning. I also the price is unbelievable. I thought for sure would be million dollar home . Just beautiful. I'm looking for brick home and when I initially seen the home I was WCW. It's gorgeous!!!! As a married mother of 7, this is what we're looking for when we move to Atlanta soon. The only challenge I have is that the basement bedrooms all have individual bathrooms, and the upstairs ones don't. I love it as a next generation area when they're older, but kind of want more upstairs when they are young. Regardless, this is a catch.

The upstairs bedrooms do have bathrooms. Only one is without on the main floor, mainly because that one will be utilized by the nearby bedroom and whatever guests are visiting.

Beautiful home! It’s technically only 7 bedrooms w/ the basement room lacking a window. Living in it, of course it will be utilized as 8 bedrooms but it can only be sold as 7 bedrooms.

The finishes make the price believable IMO. This house, although large, has an “old” feel to it. From the kitchen cabinets to the light fixtures, to whatever that brick pattern thingy was in the bathroom. The tub areas in some of the bathrooms also have that 90’s tub surround. The home looks “heavy” to me, especially with all of those itty bitty windows dotted throughout. But I love the income potential. Or the possibility of a mother-in-law unit. That part is cool.
Yes, it’s roughly 10+ years old, but well maintained and great for extra family or passive income.

Initially, when I heard under 3600 sq ft w/8 beds & 7 baths, I thought, "That seems small." After viewing the video completely, they really used the space very well.

This is pretty normal for the area. I purchased a new construction home a year ago in stockbridge right next door for 470k. It’s 4 bed 4 bath 4 sided brick. No basement. So I think the price is worth it for all of the space and possibilities for income. For me the bedrooms and closets are too small. We have large bedrooms walk in closets in every bedroom. Those small rooms and closets would be a deal breaker for me but it is a very beautiful home and the view is lovely

Yeah, it’s over an hour away from Atlanta…45 minutes if you make the drive in the middle of the night with no traffic. You can get a lot of house for cheap in “Atlanta” as long as you live outside of Atlanta lol.

I don't know what the builder was thinking when this home was built because there are walls and shelving in very odd places. The house could look really nice though with a remodel as there are plenty of rooms to work with. Maybe knock out some walls. "Bedroom 2" though does not qualify as a bedroom as it does not meet the requirement of having 2 escape routes, and one of those must be a door or window that leads to the outside of the house.
I am interested about to see it or buy it but not now. year and half surely i will. But God nows! I really love it for the basement!

I guess price appears appropriate as Bathroom# 1 Wall tile incomplete and bath fitter tub used. 2nd kitchen appears old & dated brown wood cabs =this a little confusing. Is lake front rear yard considered unfinished? No outside activity or BBQ/pool/ bask court / tennis/dock for yacht, etc.
Why the steps from the garage to the house? Are they trying to keep out people with mobility issues?

Beautiful home with an awesome lake view. Quick question for a room to legally count as a bedroom, doesnt the room need a closet and a window? If so I'm surprised the selling agent counted the first room on the terrace level as a bedroom as it's missing a window.

You are correct, there needs to be an egress to be considered a bedroom. I typically use the information provided in the listing as to not deviate from the list agents information. That would be an excellent negotiation point.

The only space I liked in this house was the primary suite, although they cheapened it with those wire racks in the closet. The bedrooms were too small. Try having only 3 bedrooms outside of the primary suite so they can at least fit a full bedroom set of furniture, have full rather than 3/4 bathrooms, and bigger closets. Also the main living area was too small for entertaining which is what an open concept is all about. Atlanta homes seem to squeeze as many bedrooms and 3/4 baths as possible into a space.
There is always that one!! This house was flawless!! It has 8 bedrooms, clearly can cater to a big family, who needs the space!

This house quality is maybe 3 to 400k. I dont know who the builder is but its very cheaply made. Wired closets in a house over 500k should be illegal. In just about every room i spotted shotty work. Pretty sure whoever buys this will have multiple issues bases on the visual work done.

My home has the similar layout upstairs just less square footage even though my home has close to the square footage of this home My basement is not designed like this home but this home is not worth the money. Maybe $550-$600 thousand. It’s a very nice home though.

Eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, nearly, 4,000 sq/ft, two kitchens, two laundry rooms, and only a two-car garage? For almost three quarters of a million dollars, I would expect at least a three...if not a four-car garage...and some stairs coming off the deck. And the buyer better be ready to spend another small fortune on a landscape architect to fix that ugly, weed infested trench along the property line out back as well as re-sodding the back yard. Makes me wonder if there are drainage issues with the property.
This house is very outdated: Kitchen, bathrooms, light fixtures, no private pool. I like the maintenance-free exterior. Just a power washing. No more than 800k
