That guy needs to play with his muzzle loader more, should get better groups then that at 100yds. switch to loose powder (bh209 is my favorite) and see what it likes. Amazing how much even 5 gr can make in a group. for example 100gr of powder with the 300gr exp and harvester sabot was like a 4 inch group at 100yds, 110gr of powder and same bullet/sabot gave a little over 1". Switched to barnes t-ez and that will stack them with 100gr of powder. curious to see what 105 and 110 will do with it
awwww man, those federal slugs aren't able to keep up with the new Hornady Sabot slugs, or the Remington accutips. Out of my 12g Mossberg 500 rifled barrel i'm able to put 1 hole at 100 yards with either of the rounds, and 1 inch at 150 yards with the Hornadys and about 1.5inches with the accutips.
Love the last comment "But, you HAVE to reload" meaning he may miss and need to reload. Laughed out loud at that jab!

Was that a shot? That was a shot! ...you HAVE to reload. I like it.

What slug gun is that?
Thompson Center Encore 20 gauge. Like a Contender, but more rifle and shotgun stuff.
So no big difference huh?
Yes
