My shoulder pain is gone And the blood pressure has also become normal. It was the best decision i made in my life. very good point mentioned => Earthing: but one should not rely on home electricity setup earthing source blindly, anything could go wrong, one should take dedicated wire for body earthing, which directly connected to ground, 4-5 feet deep. also make sure that earthing source is not exposed to open air so that during thunder storm unpleasant situation could be avoided.

I'm also facing it and woke tired but i tried something which helps me a lot...i hope this things may help you guys also..... . before sleep , keep your environment cossy like making bed , wash your face, wearing a comfortable washed cloth , brush your teeth, comb your hair etc..nothing fancy. . De clutter your surrounding and prepare for tomorrow like cloths , a bottle of water. .most importantly detach yourself from people, phone...and sit down with your thoughts you can also write it down to a paper, and lastly do some prayer or meditation that ease out that tension, overthinking, worry,stress from your head Hope this things can help you to less your burder 😊

Rn at the age of around 23 I'm having some little bumps under my skin mostly on my limb area. Even I visited a clinic so the doctors said that it's lipoma Non cancerous cell but even after that I've this feeling that it might become the cancerous one soo I'm so scared of that So if there'll be any like studies or something to share via any researchers then do share it brother. The way sir explains every single thing u asked as question is easy to understand. And ya it works when we sleep on time and eat on time do walking and exercise and he talked the acupuncture points which is I don't know the earing wala point I didn't know about it. Thanks for this knowledge because of ur podcast about health specially I got to know many things which I think I should have known earlier. About fruit juice or about sleep about supplements about fried or packed foods. I made my mom watch ur podcast her 1st podcast for dr bimal chhajar the heart surgeon and she loved that she even started taking cautions by watching ur podcast obliviously not the cautious which are severe but the caution which are easy to take like eating early, go for a walk , wake up early, talk a decent amt of sleep , less packaged food and many more these chote chote cautious which are really helpful. very good point mentioned => Earthing: but one should not rely on home electricity setup earthing source blindly, anything could go wrong, one should take dedicated wire for body earthing, which directly connected to ground, 4-5 feet deep. also make sure that earthing source is not exposed to open air so that during thunder storm unpleasant situation could be avoided.

. before sleep , keep your environment cossy like making bed , wash your face, wearing a comfortable washed cloth , brush your teeth, comb your hair etc..nothing fancy.
. De clutter your surrounding and prepare for tomorrow like cloths , a bottle of water.
.most importantly detach yourself from people, phone...and sit down with your thoughts you can also write it down to a paper, and lastly do some prayer or meditation that ease out that tension, overthinking, worry,stress from your head
Hope this things can help you to less your burder 😊

I made my mom watch ur podcast her 1st podcast for dr bimal chhajar the heart surgeon and she loved that she even started taking cautions by watching ur podcast obliviously not the cautious which are severe but the caution which are easy to take like eating early, go for a walk , wake up early, talk a decent amt of sleep , less packaged food and many more these chote chote cautious which are really helpful.
