    Excellent! I agree For the last 6 Months.
    I go to bed at 10 pm, wake up For Fajar Namaz at 4 am, After
    walk for 1 hour
    I sit on the ground without shoes for 30 minutes
    Then at 7 o'clock I have breakfast
    i am eating dinner at 6-7PM Before Maghrib Azan
    This is the Result- no bloating, no indigestion, no weight gaining Rather, my weight has decreased by 6 kg. My shoulder pain is gone And the blood pressure has also become normal.
    It was the best decision i made in my life.
    Thank you Dr Ali Irani for such a "gem" information and also Mr. Raj Shamani for bringing this into picture

    I agree. For the last 3 months i am eating dinner at 6-7PM - no bloating, no indigestion, no weight gaining. It was the best decision i made in my life.

    when i was kid i used to see him on tv when a player gets sprain, irani ji bag leke baag ki athatha usko treat karna. irani saab thoda mota hogaye lekin dikne me tho same hai. 35 yrs ke baad aaj dekha hoo on tv with ur interveiw. he is so cool, smiling and great explanation and very useful information for body. the thing he told regarding pumpin seeds. this also usedful in prostrate problems it seems. i saw in one video and gave daily two spoons to my father he is 89 yrs old. now he got relief from urnation problem in the night. it came down from 7-8 times to 3 or 4 times. it has good impact. magnesium affect as told by dr irani. tq mr. raj ji

    Thank you raj shamani, for inviting Dr ali irani, he is so true in all, especially drinking tap water , i live in France and many French experts said this in French national tv long back, they emphasizes people to drink tap water which is safest , then as Tibetan origin I can say chanting om is brilliant to our mind and body, throwing away plastic plants and flowers is so true. This podcast from minute one to end is interesting and easy to apply and great benefit s. Thank you dr ali, if you ever come to France I love to have your blessing s.     very good point mentioned => Earthing: but one should not rely on home electricity setup earthing source blindly, anything could go wrong, one should take dedicated wire for body earthing, which directly connected to ground, 4-5 feet deep. also make sure that earthing source is not exposed to open air so that during thunder storm unpleasant situation could be avoided.

      If there is short in the wires there possibilities of earth also getting voltage ⚡ so you have to use a dedicated earth, avoid using electric earthing

    Sir one of the most concerning problem I'm facing is when I wake up my mind is already overthinking and I'm feeling heaviness or some kind of vibration that is make me tired. If you get to meet a guest so please talk about this and ask him/ her.
    By the way love your podcast specially the health related podcast that you make is just amazing.

      I'm also facing it and woke tired but i tried something which helps me a lot...i hope this things may help you guys also.....
      . before sleep , keep your environment cossy like making bed , wash your face, wearing a comfortable washed cloth , brush your teeth, comb your hair etc..nothing fancy.
      . De clutter your surrounding and prepare for tomorrow like cloths , a bottle of water.
      .most importantly detach yourself from people, phone...and sit down with your thoughts you can also write it down to a paper, and lastly do some prayer or meditation that ease out that tension, overthinking, worry,stress from your head
      Hope this things can help you to less your burder 😊

    Rn at the age of around 23
    I'm having some little bumps under my skin mostly on my limb area.
    Even I visited a clinic so the doctors said that it's lipoma
    Non cancerous cell but even after that I've this feeling that it might become the cancerous one soo
    I'm so scared of that
    So if there'll be any like studies or something to share via any researchers then do share it brother.
    And thnks infinity times to bring him here . Literally now I'm even more excited to be in the medical college 😅❤

      @@Bpositiveeee The radiation that you get out of phone is not harmfull. The actual harmfull radiation is UV, Xrays and Gamma. These have very high frequency. The frequency of radiation that are used in mobile signals lies between microwave and Radio waves. Also the things that we see from our eyes is also radiation which is called visible spectrum. And Visible spectrum has higher frequency than RW and MW. So the radiation shit is bullsh1t. 12th class ki physics ki book padho rather than kuch pseudo gyaaniyo ko internet pe sunney se acha.

      Bcz its a business
      So the books also have limited data
      But the reality if we see is that there are increased no of tumours and cancers even jn kids
      Also if u r concious and aware u can see major diff in last 8 years
      I have garden in home
      Good numbers of butterflies used to be there in my garden
      Now i dnt even see single buterfly
      Also in my knowns only 2 kids , one if 6 yrs and one of 12 yrs got tumour
      In both cases wifi router was in their rooms where they sleep
      One more experience
      My frnd have birds in home
      When he use to leave the pinjara in wifi router room the birds noise and activities become too less
      And when the room is changed they activity is good
      (This he told me ) its his experience
      So just bcz no good research is done on this it doesnt mean it is not harmfull
      ( if any reasearch is done and something bad comes then busines will hamper , so no major research is done)
      Also u can check
      France has baned wifi in kids schl till age 10
      Google this
      Y ??? Bcz practical experience says it is harmfull at a very very large scale

One thing I wish to highlight, While sleeping head should be in South is the best so our body gets synchronized with earth's magnetic pole. Second best is East side head and then West - never keep head towards North - dead body's head is kept in North.

    Please present a full episode on Night Shift workers who live against biological cycle. They sleep in days and work in nights against their Circadian rhythm/clock. How it affects their health, behaviour and overall life. How they can overcome this and stay healthy while working in the nights. What reaserchers say on it. This will be greatly helpful for all those working night shifts like Doctors, Police, Railways, Aviation, Transport and all others need to work in nights. I'm working in the night shift constantly since 2013 in Toronto. Please advise.

    The way sir explains every single thing u asked as question is easy to understand.
    And ya it works when we sleep on time and eat on time do walking and exercise and he talked the acupuncture points which is I don't know the earing wala point I didn't know about it.
    Thanks for this knowledge because of ur podcast about health specially I got to know many things which I think I should have known earlier.
    About fruit juice or about sleep about supplements about fried or packed foods. I made my mom watch ur podcast her 1st podcast for dr bimal chhajar the heart surgeon and she loved that she even started taking cautions by watching ur podcast obliviously not the cautious which are severe but the caution which are easy to take like eating early, go for a walk , wake up early, talk a decent amt of sleep , less packaged food and many more these chote chote cautious which are really helpful.
    Thank you raj bhaiya for that and pls invite Dr ali Irani again and pls ask questions about acupuncture too 🙏 ❤❤❤
