I saw that after I changed the thumbnail of my video on TH-cam, the link for the video that I previously posted to Facebook only shows the link, NOT the new thumbnail. Is there any way around this problem? I'd like my original Facebook posts to remain but display the new thumbnail.

Upon reviewing the attempt, there's a reason for the method not working. Required is channel verification, and then the method can be unlocked.

You are right for the short videos, this still works on long form videos. Hopefully they change that soon, it's a bummer not being able to change the thumbnail on short videos. Have a good one!
