Sir ek suggestion ki aap without oil bhi peanut butter bana sakte hai because peanut me jaise apne bataya ki oil chutne lagta hai so if we keep grinding it the butter will form automatically no need to add extra coconut oil or salad oil Thank you

Wah Chef - never knew it’s so simple. We make thecha of peanut (not sure if Suvarna made it in Masterchef). I make a peanut spicy chutney which looks like peanut butter but it’s spicy and tangy. Amazing with dosas/ cheelas and ofcourse on bread.

Lovely. Roasting the peanuts is a long process but worth it. Why don't you use a desi "soup" to remove the chilka. In Telugu we call it "chaata". Very convenient. We make a peanut podi or powder which is equally yummy.
There is no difference between white and brown bread( only colour is used in brown brd) Whole wheat bread is a tad better, yet the GI of both white and w w bread is almost the same. Bread anyway is not a healthy food option.

For removing peanuts skin, put it in a medium hole strainer. Put one plate under strainer and rub in it properly and strain the skin in plate. In no time and without mess you will get skinless peanuts and throw skins in dustbin.
