    I know this video is older but wow, this was one of the best workout videos I've ever done! The exercises were fun and your commentary made it even better. I like that you were calm and encouraging without too much emphasis on the negative, because I would much prefer to just do it and have a (well, one-sided) chat, and fool myself into thinking it's easy xD It was also pitched perfectly for my fitness level - I was definitely working, but I didn't have to stop and take a break. Thank you so much Alessia!

    I feel that I love you too much, you make the training something very cute and funny as well as strong and burner ... I am happy to have found this channel.       Oh yes it was very good. It made for much pain! I am getting stronger every day! Helping a lot with turns and centre work in general. Abs are the best!

      Ciao Adriana, queste routines le puoi fare quante volte vuoi, l'importante e' non strafare. Vedi come ti senti e poi ogni settimana puoi aggiungere gradualmente. Un bacione Alessia :)

      Isabelle Warren it actually went really well but i only did it for like 3 weeks but in that time i did see noticable changes so i really do recomend💪🏼❤️

    Not a great video from a general fitness perspective, and here's why: most people who don't have a strong core cannot steady their position in these plank-twist things, so their form suffers. Form is the most important part of these kinds of movements, which is why videos like this peeve me a little bit. Otherwise, it does the trick.
