    Great and succinct breakdown! Setup looks dope.
    I think a lot of people avoid 57s because of the price and the added resolution, but if you can’t do triples you really should skip over the 49” and save up for a 57” instead. It may seem like a marginal difference, but in reality it makes all the difference in the world. It cannot compete with triples, certainly, but it is more competent than the 49s at filling up the peripheral space, increasing immersion, and providing additional vertical real estate, which can be a huge boon.
    This is the route I’m taking myself as I’m just shy of being able to do proper triples, but have enough space for the 57. It’s near double the price at $2k plus, but I feel like it will reduce the sting of not being able to get a full triple setup in my office.

      Welcome to the channel and thank you for watching the video. I thought strongly about going with the 57” ultrawide but the price versus triples didn’t make sense and I have the space for triples. I think with a 57” you’re still going to miss some of the screen real estate but is definitely better than a 49”.

    One small tip for immersion - turn off the wheel in-game. Your wheel is there and sometimes when the steering angle isn’t set to be 1:1 the difference can break immersion

    Looks great. It's a great video--I would have liked to see some comparison footage with the 49" though, as this is a very popular alternative
    I think 32" is great, much better than 27" (what I'm using now). But for those who want to spend it, I feel like 45"+ triples are probably the way to go, especially now since they make TVs that can handle video game framerates

    I was sort of hesitant with going triples, because I did ok with a single 32 inch and got over 3.5k irating. Having gone triples, I could never go back. Makes racing so much easier and the immersion alone is worth every penny.

      Street. I ran in lightweight 400 with a Yamaha R3. It was really fun but also a money pit with added danger haha, and a big time commitment. At least with a sim in my basement, I can jump on for a few laps whenever I get some free time.

    • @steezyisgaming
      @steezyisgaming  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@hali_moto yeah I could never get into street bikes the danger element is what turned me away and out in California there are tons of moto accidents. Yeah sim racing has a lot of enjoyment for me since I can’t find the time to go to the track and the amount it cost in tires and fuel for me made me go with a sim. I had my fun on the track in my Porsche but I always had the thought of injury or damage in the back of my mind.

    • @hali_moto
      @hali_moto 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @steezyisgaming Yea, the street is insane I was in one accident because of a driver pulling out in front of me, got away from that pretty lucky though. That's what got me to go to the track. A lot of people find it hard to believe but the track is actually a lot safer. One track school led to another, and then I was building a bike and racing haha. Was a great time but that chapter is over and now its time for the sim rig.

With the 34s and. 27 center top i had to go to a 7900xt. Running at 10220x1440 i think. Something like that anyway. Its pretty awesome if you can swing it. It takes up a lot of room for sure.

    Hello, very informative video, thanks a lot. I have two questions, as I also plan to go for a triple screen setup.
    1. I would like to run the triple screen setup on a NLR F-GT Rig. The integrated monitor stand only supports up to triple 27 inch. Would you say that the difference between triple 27 and triple 32 is extremely noticeable? Triple 27 would be quite a lot better for my budget.
    2. What are your thoughts on flat vs curved? I have read negative comments online regarding FOV on curved and also distorted image on the outer screens. Are you (still) happy with curved over flat? If the distortion isn't bad, I would personally prefer curved over flat, because I expect the curvature to increase immersion:
    I would be happy about an answer. Have a good day :)

    • @steezyisgaming
      @steezyisgaming  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you already have a stand that could hold up to 27’s I would go that route. I’m not 100% sure but the price difference from 27s to 32’s is like $30-$50 per monitor and are usually easier to find.
      I prefer curved over flat just because they line up much easier and they wrap around you. I have zero distortion because I took the time on learning how to set them up from other sim racers on gone. It sounds like those complaining don’t know how to setup the FOV properly. I used irsidekick for iRacing and SRWE for ACC. You have to make sure you input the right dimensions which take time but worth it.
