That looks quite a shallow roof - much like mine which I didn’t think would be high enough to convert now I’m not quite so sure. Do you know what pitch it is and the height you had to work with from the top of the ceiling joists to the bottom of the ridge board?

This one was very labour intensive for the space released. That as well as oak stairs and changing every door in the house. £40k plus vat.
