Hi, have a full house to renovate including adding a dormer loft conversion that we need to live in asap with child. Could I just put stairs and dormer in but stop there to get the messy big jobs out the way, then focus on the downstairs being livable? What % of the final price of a loft conversion would doing that be? My reason for this idea is i wont have the money to do it all yet, and dont want to mess my downstairs living space by doing these messy jobs at a later date. Is this a decent idea?
I’m afraid it’s difficult to do it that way. As the floor needs to be installed to know the hight for stairs. Better off trying to fit stairs last to avoid as much mess and disturb below as long as possible
I'm glad Luce didn't cut that bit out. Thats was a funny edit 😂😂😂
This explained the process well! Thanks for uploading
Glad it was helpful!
Loving your videos. I will be in touch in due course for our loft conversion.
Great job!!
Awesome! Thank you!
