    if you're working out in a gym always listen to your trainer and discuss other programs with him, do not try random workouts. these exercises, weight and reps are not for beginners.

    App log bahut hi accha videos dalte ho.. aur main zyadatar aapki he videos dekhta hoon.. mera request hai ki barbell par grip kaisi karni chahiye, kitna wide aur kitna close grip karna chahiye full details mein to accha lagega..

    Kyunki hamare trainer ne humko bataya ki same set nahi marna chahiye.. Every week kuch alag Karo... Aise bataya jata hai.... So pls solve my problem as soon as possible...
