I'm following your workouts for last 6 months, 3 times a week. Saturday - chest and back, Sunday- biceps, triceps and legs and Tuesday shoulder,biceps and triceps. Can you please suggest whether my routine is right or not? Thank you very much for the effort .
Today I had my first day in the gym in my entire life. I did all these exercises explained by sunny paji. Trust me proper form and technique is very important for muscle building. Moreover, I felt a bit hard time while doing dumbbell press. But even then I didn't get tired at all after spending 50 mins there. Looking forward to doing next day.

Always sochta tha ki body shape main launga nd all but mujhe hmesha ye lgta tha ki excercising is not a cup of my tea kyu ki mera mind set bn chuka tha ki heavy weights nd all are the integredients of excercise nd i cant do that. But bhai apka beginners wala video dekha nd it inspires me a lot. Nd started today abh lgh rha ki excercising is cup of my tea.. Thanks bro for being a motivation. Bs abh day 1 se day last tk schedule follow krna hai apka nd its seems really easy.. Once more thanks bhai..
