    Day 1 (for weight gaining):
    Was able to do all the exercises expect the:
    1) Plank: My body was not able to sustain it for more than 20 seconds.
    2) Chest press and the other: because i am not having equipments.

    Though k shru k dino mai knowledge na honay ki waja sai jo games mai nay lgai hain unki waja sai mere sai ab hila bhi nai ja raha body buri tarha pain mai hai.
    Par ab mai kal sai apki guidelines pay chalu ga.

    Today I had my first day in the gym in my entire life. I did all these exercises explained by sunny paji. Trust me proper form and technique is very important for muscle building. Moreover, I felt a bit hard time while doing dumbbell press. But even then I didn't get tired at all after spending 50 mins there. Looking forward to doing next day.

    Day 2 ( weight gaining):
    Done with all the exercises, i had soreness due to that i made if few for me like:
    1) Planks : 2 for 30 seconds
    2) Squats : 10 for two rep.

    Bhai i main 78kg ka hu nd i have stomach fat to. Always sochta tha ki body shape main launga nd all but mujhe hmesha ye lgta tha ki excercising is not a cup of my tea kyu ki mera mind set bn chuka tha ki heavy weights nd all are the integredients of excercise nd i cant do that. But bhai apka beginners wala video dekha nd it inspires me a lot. Nd started today abh lgh rha ki excercising is cup of my tea.. Thanks bro for being a motivation. Bs abh day 1 se day last tk schedule follow krna hai apka nd its seems really easy..

    I have been to gym for 2 month and now due to lock down I am working out at home for 1 months. In these three months I have seen the change in my body. Body started to shape up.
