    How long it takes to build an arm?
    I started exercising with my dumbbells at home for last 2 months.
    My biceps are weaker than my triceps.I am not able to lift 3-4 kg in biceps but I can lift with triceps.
    Kindly advice.

    Hello sunny Bhai , pls guide me , I did a close grip barbell and arched my back whilst doing it and hence pulled and tore my intercostal tissue , it’s been 8 weeks since that injury , I feel 90% better now , I had stopped all workouts since past 8 weeks , can I go back to the gym and start again with lower weights ? Any advise pls .. regards

    Sunny Bhai I need your help, I need to ask about how would it be to take 1 cup of date shake and a small bowl of kidney beans before a workout because I can't go with a small amount of peanut butter and stuff cause I came from the office late and I actually starts feeling hungry so need something....     which one is the beat way to do combine exersice.. as 1bisep and 1 trisep then again bisep then trisep.. or first do 3-4 exercise of bisep then 3-4 trisep ?
