I often catch myself bracing myself against the pain - which ultimately leads to me being tight and rigid. I seem to do my daily tasks with too much force writing, brushing my teeth, chopping veggies etc... I find my jaw clenching and my muscles gripping tighter than they need to for the task at hand. Somatics has helped me to feel this and to consciously relax so I'm not always living at a 10. Thank you again Megan and Michael 💜🙏

Thank you so much for this practice, I sampled this for my twin sis with fibro. I didn't realize how much I needed a more restorative practice, almost fell asleep at times! I love how you also addressed the personal story telling that we all do but that gets strong and intertwined with persistent pain patterns. Love your teachings! yes, they are made in mexico. About 10 years ago, I had students who could still find them online, but since then, no luck. The past of their kind and I cherish them @@cathyherby

I’m sorry it was difficult for you to see. We shoot from that distance typically and eventually, it is my hope you can listen and practice without much need to watch. More embodied 😊

Very useful beneficial exercises but videography is done in distance. So movements are not clearly visible to viewers .
