Dear Chef Shani, I’ve tried many of your recipes and they’ve always turned out great. Thank you. Today I tried making these fish buns. They tasted great but all came out split in the oven. What do you think I did wrong? Did I let the dough rise for too long? I would greatly appreciate if you would help me to get it right as this is something my family love eating. Thanks again.
Could be a few reasons 1 oven is too hot 2. The dough is not proven properly. 3 should not expose too much to the air before Bake. ( need to cover) 4 too dry dough ❤️
