Dough:
Plain Flour 500g
Dry Yeast 3 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Lukewarm water
Filling:
Tuna 500g
Mashed Potato 400g
Leeks 1
Chopped Onion 1
Garlic 3 Cloves
Pandan Leaves (Rampe) 2 inches
Curry Leaves 1 stalk
Cinnamon 1 Stick
Cardamon Pods 4
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed Pepper
Salt

I made it as instructed, i didn't have any milk powder, turned out really yummy. Thanks for the video 😊. It was done in winter time ( in UK), only used 2 spoons 14g yeast.
