Such a gentle but deep practice. After my uncle's passing last year I had terrible emotional back pain. This sequence helped me every morning. I'm so happy to be able to pass it on 🦋☯️🧡
Lovely practice Cat. I hope you and your daughter had some peace this weekend. I know it doesn't really help when you are in the midst of the storm of ill children ( no matter what their age), but both of my sons have come through serious illness in the past 4 years. The elder recovered, and the younger is well on the way to recovery. Sending you thanks and wishes for good outcomes.
Gosh that must have ben very stressful. How wonderful-amazing-celebratory that they are finally out of the woods! ✨ Hope we get there too soon. Tali is in NY finishing her school year. She got medical ok to head back but 2 weeks later and things are bad again. She's pushing through but at some point school vs illness is a ridiculous contest... Thanks so much for taking the time to write during this particular challenge Avril. Means so much. Have a great week! 💕 🙏 ☀️
I am on a bit of a yoga binge after being on a hiatus for awhile, I was short on time today, and really enjoyed this nice mellow practice. It really helped clear my headspace, thank you so much Cat!
Hi Jesse! So great that you're getting some good yogic immersion. Charging up the batteries! I'm just off a plane from Spain after 3 days of camping and am definitely in dire need of clear headspace as well. It'll be Supta Pada's for me as soon as the bag is unpacked. Hugs and sunshine your way. Enjoy the weekend! xox
Good morning my Dearest Gorgeous Cat!. I hope your daughter will get well soon. i wish you lots and lots of strength and patience in these days 🙏. Thank you for another session on the mat with you, it's great to have a new class for lower back pain!. I'll do it tomorrow in the morning, adding some handstands/ headstands because yesterday it was a bit late when I came back from physio and could only do the Quickie Session from last day. I'm certain that visits to the physio are about to finish soon, after the conversation with him, but yesterday after riddle my body with bullets with so many needles, he told me to do some exercises to strengthen hamstrings, just three new exercises. Thank God now I can stay longer seated without feeling that terrible pain, but I still have some discomfort in very long travels. I wish you a nice weekend! Big hug from Spain!.💟
Hello dearest Bea. Thank you for your lovely message. We are staying strong! ♥️ Just wanted to suggest that it would be best not to add handstands with this practice. Other inversions perhaps but not the handstand as it could 'destroy' the softness of the abdomen. How very very wonderful that you feel yourself nearing the end of this looooooong journey you've been on. Well done for your patience! 🔥 🙌 🤩
Dear Cat, this practice is so beneficial for relieving back, abdominal, and mental stress. Everything is connected! I was able to relax my mind, it was good for me because like you I am really worried about the health of my daughter who has been ill for a year now. Yoga is a great help to get through this. All your classes are welcome! I hope that our daughters will recover quickly and that we will practice even more serenely. Have a nice weekend. Namasté 😍🙏🕉
Dear Cat, first of all, how is your daughter ? Thanks for this lowe back video. I will practice it Cate. I am o.k. Heart is o.k. too, I go on. Have a good week Cat, cross fingers for you with Talitha. ❤ Jos, x
Thank you Jos. I think its going to take a while for her to heal from whatever is happening to her. We're adjusting our lives around it. Learning to trust ourselves (as well as doctors). Reframing it as a teaching of the highest order helps. And of course accentuating recognition of small but essential daily joys so that mind state is not determined by the problem but by the livingness. ☀️ As for this practice, it is really good if you have lower back issues or are helping those who have lower back issues. Otherwise you may find it helpful for digestion or as an evening meditation in preparation for sleep. Have a beautiful weekend. Thinking of you! 🌿🌷💕
@@YogawithCat Practice for a friend, you are a true friend Cat! Do the doctors see Talitha in hospital for diagnose ? Good luck and prayer for Talitha! I adore you Cat as a yogini and person. Hope everything will go well for the both of you. I will practise on Cat. Enjoy weekend and hope to see you soon, bey dear Cat, take care. ❤ , x Jos, fingers crosses for Talitha. Thinking of you too.😊❤
@@YogawithCat Dear Cat, I wrote by your old video "dynamic full body" , you practice like a real yoga addict, so beautiful. Your beautiful Kurmasana and Tittibha assana, Upavistha Konassana on your hands. I practice also Kurmasana but you have to be flat on the ground in Upavistha Konassana first and your shoulders must be extremely flexible. It's all so strong and beautiful what you do Cat. I adore you. Your yoga partner and student Jos. I like you as a person also very much Dear Cat! Good weekend, Jos, ❤, x
Dear Cat, very kind to help a friend with restorative asana's. One practice a day keeps the doctor away, I think. The doctor gives you a medicine and rest. Yoga gives you quiet and good restorative asana's. I think and believe that yoga is better sometimes than a doctor for our body. Sometimes I see people who can't walk in a normal way. I think that for many people yoga would be THE SPIRIT and solution in their lives for many painful thinks. ❤,x and blessings from Jos, Light worker and Stretchlover
Lovely production from the petal in the water, learning from you, and the lovely tones of sounds. God Bless
May this first week of May sing with joy for your dearest Eva! 💐 ✨ 🎵
