  • Hey my FIT FAM!!!
    It's been a little since we've only focused on our strong & toned arms. I am super proud to have created this fun workout because it's actually super quick and wow (effective). Couldn't feel my arms afterwards.
    I'm being honest: I HATE TO TRAIN ARMS hahaha. I just don't enjoy it as much I love to work on abs or the bootaay! And that's fine guys, everyone has its favourite parts to work on ;)
    In these 10 minutes I only included arm exercises that strengthen your biceps, triceps and overall arm/shoulder area. I used 1,5L of milk in each hand - you can use whatever weight fits for you or just leave the weight out. I really enjoyed this workout and it's a hell of a burner, that's what I can tell you. Leave a comment and let me know if your arms burned like that too or if I am just weak in my upper body :D
    CALORIES:
    I burned around 90 kcal during these 10 minutes.

      There’s no difference between “toned” muscle and muscle “bulk”. It’s all just muscle the difference is if you are bulky then you have a layer of fat on top of the muscle that makes you look that way. When you are “toned” you have lost the layer of fat on top which you can only do with a calorie deficit(changing the way you eat) and overall fat burn. You cannot spot target despite what most fitness influencers want you to think.

    I am unable to stand on my knees due to a knee injury, would you be able to do an AB workout and arm workout that can be seated or without putting pressure on the Knees, I love ur videos but some exercises I can’t do because of my injury and I feel like I’m not getting the full workout
