My god that age of war soundtrack still bops till this day.
Edit: Yo calm the fuck down my inbox is getting spammed cuz all of you like can you don't???
the song is waterflame - glorious morning for whoever is wondering
agreed
Have y’all heard the metal cover for it is an experience
It does. I love that game
i don't think anyone would dislike it.
The only reason Fireboy and Watergirl isn’t on here is because he had no friends to play it with
ye goddamn. i wanted to see boxhead as well.
and that tank game you could play as 4. playing with my siblings and cousin was a blast ahhaha all on one keyboard XDDD
I solve that by using two hands and then torture myself to get everything to green.
@@peterlustig8021 Tank Trouble? I'm the king at that game too 😂
also dadn'me like wtf or alien homnid
What about gun mayhem?
most of these are still playable on FlashMuseum!!
just get flashpoint
@@josephbartholomew flashpoint also has all web unity games
Nitrome was probably the best flash game devs of the time. Each game had unique mechanics (unless direct sequels), smooth gameplay, excellent artwork, great audio, and overall charm
Están infravalorados. Pienso que si sacarán sus clásicos en Steam seria un rotundo éxito
*Flashgames*
That's a name I have not heard in a long time
Ikr i used to play it so much in elementary school
well of course I know him! he is me
@@jm56585 yeah i loved cool tanks on cool math then my school blocked it
@@originalyoutubenamethatsag6321 yeah my school blocked it too but I just used IP lookup and it let me play it again lol
@@jm56585 whats that
A moment of silence for all the epic Flash games that we used to play and couldn't remember the name of.
@@zhankazest Yeah i remember that one aswell, they did one for ww1 and ww2, that game was the shit
@@philiph6819 i wish i could remember the name since i have flashpoint and maybe its on there.
For realll hahaha
@@zhankazest I have two. There was one that was like an action shooter with a top down view and you could like edit your loadout with a few different gun options (I remember there being a Webley, a gauss rifle, and a napalm thrower), and another one that took place in WWII and it was kinda like a tower defense but instead you had a battle line where you could put pillboxes and machine gun emplacements and shit within a certain budget and I think you could also attack Idk
@@isaiahkoufos3573 i think i know the general theme of the names of those, i think its something like Infinite War or something like that
Motherload was absolutely iconic in our elementary school. Every time we got to use computers, the entire class would try to beat it
The strike force heroes series, SAS series, Raze series, TDP series, Decision series, sift heads series and endless war series were all games i used to play on armor / kongregate when i was younger lol,
There were also those games that later got added to steam or got their own launchers like uberstrike (if im remembering the name right RIP that game), interstellar marines when it had a website player (RIP again), the fake counter strike games and the begone series that almost never worked even with everything installed. Not all of these are flash but they are from the flash era and i miss all of them.
Fireboy and Watergirl didnt deserve this disrespect Frog Man.
but in that game *you need a friend irl*
@@handson4580
Nope, how the hell do you think I beat it?
@@handson4580 He says "friends irl", pff, ridiculous.
Funny game i troll friend lmao
Forget fireboy and water girl where the Fuck is Henry Stickmin
The fact Swords and Sandals isn’t on this list hurts my soul.
Ikr its so underrated
I can't believe Madness Interactive wasn't on here either.... that was AMAZING.
It's in the hidden SS tier. (get it cause Swords and Sandals is SS... ok I'll stop)
Never mentioned Raze or LEGO crystalien conflict, my personal favorites other than stick wars
So Truee
This is so much calmer than his current stuff. Like the editing has the same energy, but he sounds so tired
Although it's not on there, I also liked
- Storm the house
- Mud and Blood 2
- Last Stand Trilogy
- Rebuild 1 and 2
- SAS: Zombie Assault
- Warfare Games
- Endless War Games
- Autumn War 1 and 2
- Boxhead
- BeGone: Guerra
- Warlords: Call to Arms
- Civilisation Wars
- Pillage the Village
Rebuild 2 love it.
There's actually an alternate ending to "learn to fly 2" where you can fly over the iceberg if you go high enough and you hit a random dodo birds house. You also discover he's the one who's been trolling the penguin online
That was always funny
...........I never knew this was a thing.

You could not understand the amount of nostalgia I got hearing Age Of War's music at the start of the video. I used to play that game so much as a kid. Good times
Fun fact: the song is glorious morning by waterflame
Same... Man, why did they die... Nah, not that bad but nostalgia is there
That sound brought back memories i never forgot
Bro faxxxxx
It was one bready fun game among over 100 games I played as kid with Ipad.
loved the first time i saw this, and discovered a genuinely great channel.
it's really good how mart has improved.
he's gotten a little 𝒻𝒶𝓃𝒸𝒾𝑒𝓇 with his usage of his voice.
also i'm pretty sure motherload has a non-flash version called super motherload.
What does that say am I just incapable of serif Scripts and why is that e so jarring
The sad thin is, most of these games (even the D tier ones) are way better than most mobile games today ; - ;
There are still some good mobile games if you look hard enough, like Jetpack joyride, Colossatron (oh wait it’s gone from the app store) and pogocat (though it’s not well known)
@@Lucian4694 Agreed, except while not all Mobile Games are horrible, they can still play their crappy ads on the actually good ones. You play Jetpack Joyride and try to watch an ad for extra stuff, you'd still get some bullshit game ad that might not be meant to be watched by all ages.
@@JenyaFio yeah, at least airplane mode/turning off wifi and data works since they arent like those dumb games that make you be connected to the internet
yeah way better than "Spidersman 3d car simulator paw patrol 3d horror game granny simulator. 3d."
@@Lucian4694 nowadays that doesn't work😭😭 they're evolving
The fact that even the D tier games were still absolutely solid is wild

Indestructotank (all of them)
Cyclomaniacs
Epic War 3-5 (the others are mid, Saga is so bad it’s funny but also kinda fun)
City Siege (all of them)
Intrusion
Crush the Castle
Hopefully this brought back some memories!
Thank you so much! Thanks to your comment, I rediscovered City Siege! God bless you!
Also the ice cream truck game
Where you shoot kids with ice cream guns
Also Strike Force Heroes
Yo, there were a few more games like the stick war/epic war/age of war.
The first is a game where you had the same epic war action, it had a lord of the rings theme, you were fighting orcs/dragons to reach and destroy the enemy base, u could upgrade your castle with archers and wizards.
The second one is also similar, it had like skeletons fighting, i remember it being called bone wars or something but i couldnt find it.
And the last one was kind of a "from above" pov with a similar action, 2 bases, spawning units and gathering gold and there was like a cartoony wild west theme with swords, flint guns etc.
Any idea how they re called?
@@prapraa3791 For the stick war one, I know there is Stick War: Legacy maybe, or one of the games of that franchise
Man the amount of time I spend during my childhood on stickpage playing the stickman flash games. Feels so weird scrolling to the bottom seeing "Copyright 2013" while currently in college

Flash being discontinued is one of the greatest crimes of our generation.
Their jerks.
why do big companies do all decisions with their fucking ass?
from what they said, they kinda had to do it because it was being exploited majorly
Here here true to that
yeah, the only one crime to be worse is creating flash
Flash Wars and Flashtrek Broken Mirror were so awesome that I wish their respective IP holders would have paid the devs to make them official licensed games.
Also those 2d strategy games were cool
I also remember an awesome base defense game that was top-down and looked like Starship Troopers but as one guy who had to build up the base as the waves progress.
you missed a few games. swords and sandals(gladiator), crush the castle, fireboy and watergirl, the Artix games(adventure quest, dragon quest, mech quest) the bigpoint games(Dark Orbit, sea fight) the maidmarian games(sherwood forest, tank ball)

I know right? The main theme and a boss track hasn't left my mind for so many years.
omg yes I completely forgot about that game
The Off the Rails theme has been in mine for equally as long.
I still feel the anxiety of Avalanche by just hearing those couple of notes

Jagex’s Arcanists was fantastic. I don’t think it was technically a flash game, but it did play in your browser.
And Armies of Gielinor!!
my tactic in age of war 2 is to let them come very close to my tower, then spam ranged units. if they are close enough, all the ranged units spawn on each other and thus all of them are in range to shoot at the enemies and you can have like 10 ranged guys shooting at one enemy at once.
My man seriously didn't even add Raze 1, 2, 3 or Strike Heroes
This is how wars start you know
Oh hey justin, nice seeing you here!
Also he forgot swords and sandals :/
Here before this comment gets thousands of likes, anyhoo hows your evening?

@@grahamcracker7029 I spent so much of my elementary school years playing on MaxGames. I would always play on cool math games in school then go on Max Games at home to play games I could invest more time into. AoW2, Stick War, Bubble Tanks, Run, Duck Life, Civilization Wars, Mushroom Tower Defense, and Robotic Emergence were most of the main games i played
I was playing both 😎
Y’all ever remember a game where you play as a dolphin doing ridiculous jumps out to space and back? Or Momentum Missile Mayhem?
Ayyyyy those were two of my favorites!
There were 2 games I loved playing on the school computer. Paladog, a game that plays like age empires, but you are a dog on a horse, and when you walk closer to your units, they get empowermed, and you could equip I think 3 passive and one active power. It was super satisfying, when your empowered bunny archers shot an arrow through all enemies, or when the empowermed kangaroo boxers fired a bunch of hits. Unfortunately I can't find a way to play it, all downloadable flash ports were disguised ads.
Sadly, I don't remember the name of the other one, but I remember the game vividly. You had to construct a mecha, and defeat enemies in a turn based fight. You saw the battle sideways, and you had 2 actions, but one of that was likely moving, because all weapons had different minimum or maximum range, so you needed to position well. All moves could only be used once in a round, and some weapons could only be used twice in a fight. You got all your weapons randomly, so in each game, you had a different mecha. Later in the game, you had a teleport move, which helped with the positioning, especially if you had melee weapons, but it used a lot of energy, which regenerated based on the body of the mecha you were using, and because I got ones that had bad energy regen, I preferred to use a track shoe, which didn't have a kick attack, but could nearly match the lenght of teleport. Also, you had to be aware of heavy weapons, because you could overheat and miss a round. If you didn't need a body part, you could melt it to enhance other parts.
I loved these 2 games. If someone knows how to play Paladog, or what the name of the second game is, I would greatly appreciate it.
ive been trying to find that exact second game for years
The music of "Age of War" it's called "Glorious Morning"

Pretty upset about interactive buddy being D tier honestly.
I know there's not much to it and the whole point is just to get sadistic pleasure from bringing harm to the buddy but I just have this vivid memory from when I was like 8 or 9 playing this with a friend at a sleepover and laughing absolutely hysterically for hours on end.
Like think laughing so hard it actually made a lasting impression on me strong enough to vividly remember it almost 20 years later.
Interactive Buddy will always have a special place in my apparently sadistic little heart.❤ RIP Flash.
This was awesome 😂 I would have also added swords and saddles along with bubble tanks
The thing I remember best about Swords and Sandals is the sound design. All of the sounds of the clanging against armor, the shouting you did in combat, hell even the sounds the shopkeepers made when you didn't buy anything when you left their stores is nostalgic.

And many other old flash games can still be down. For instance, all of the listed games can be installed on a mobile phone
Anyone here remember the game where you try to beat a stickfigure as far over the map as you can? I forgot the name.
The game consisted of it starting with all the future characters getting caught and locked up because of 1 blue mf somehow having the entire stick police force on his side, with one last green sticky boi remaining, he is the one you start with. With him and his ability's you need to try to keep comboing the blue man to let him keep flying and avoid the cops without letting the original blue man stop flying, eventually you also have some cool bossfights

heli attack 3 and the first commando awakened deep memories for me. I remember coming home from school and beating commnado for the first time, I was stoked I waited for my dad to get home to tell him.
There are two games that I remember and are very good.
1. Kings game
2. Electroman adventure 2
Swords and sandals was the best. True classic.
i agree
Ah I see, you must be a man of culture as well
Finally a person I can relate to.
Naw naw, Electric Man, the peak fighting game
Charisma 1000
honourable mentions: Fancy Pants, that elephant game where u gotta unlock all the achievements and kill ur little elephant a bunch of times, and the impossible quiz
Elephant game is “there is only one level”
naw ya gotta tip over animals to wake up the elephant
Fancy pants was god tier
Didn’t do platformers justice This is the only level. And escape
Elephant quest?
My man forgot the absolute bangers that were the "Sift Heads" games, but this was still a solid video.
Brro I looked for this so hard😭 also the armed with wings and the rogue soul series, there's just lots I can't mention them here
skywire2 was the game i played and loved as a 7 year old and never found it for 10 years until now, thx a lot for the name lol
3:37 That's Tom Fulp, the creator of Newgrounds, which was imo the best flash site of the 2000's
I was wondering why the hell he mentioned literal nobody sites like miniclip and whatever that third one was before it, and not Newgrounds, which was THE flash site.
@@CunnyMuncher You pretty sure about saying that no one liked coolmathgames?
@@bluesky_cupy5158 The one after cmg, unless I misheard.
Flash games aren’t dying. BlueMaxima’s Flashpoint is a free giant archive of every flash game their team could find, with a custom built flash player.
Those guys are heroes. I downloaded it today and it works.
XD he missed a lot of games too. Well I go on armor games and there are some, but this game I cant remember I need to know... Does anyone know this alien planet game with soldiers and you take over different alien spots and it has a story. It's not the plague mask aliens game where u start with a pistol but it's where one of the first levels is you are in a hangar or near a plane and characters are talking. Also a few levels later you have to make troops to fight defend from aliens.
@@connergalles7106 If you want games to be added, feel free to request them! Read this article: bluemaxima.org/flashpoint/datahub/Request_Form
Note that Nitrome requested them to remove their content from Flashpoint. Details see here: bluemaxima.org/flashpoint/faq/
Flash will be gone at 2021
@@arisnomidisbrazas326 i looked and it says there's a large file for 500gb and a smaller file. Obviously, no one is gonna download the 500gb but does that mean the smaller version doesn't have every game on it? and what file did u choose?
With the Age of War segment, I realized that a similar mobile game I used to play straight up stole AoW’s music
Some of my favorites that weren't mentioned^
1. The fancy pants adventure
2. Red Ball
3. Super Mario 63
OH MY GOD Super Mario 63! I haven’t heard of that friend in a long time
