  • Anes lived most of his life in Libya, until 2011 when the Libyan civil war broke out. He spent many nights listening to the cries of war, but was finally able to find freedom after leaving for Turkey.

i theorize that his daddy is an embedded intelligence operative within the business community and/or a high level business executive and that's how they were able to secure passage to the different countries so easily.... his english is just too good... and he pretty fair-skinned for a lybian in my opinion.... not even gadafi was that fair-skinned.... i fully understand that many north africans are much more fair-skin than other countries because of previous arab and european colonizations over the last 2000 years.....

    or his brother

  • @nozrep

if he lived in Lybia his whole life and got caught in that civil war then how the heck is his English so dang good? i totally get that lots of foreign folks learn english but, he barely has any accent at all. in fact he has a very american accent. did he grow up mostly in the U.S. and then move to Lybia and then get caught in the civil war? or maybe he had lots of American people around him which then influenced his VERY american english accent? i dunno.... just spitballin' thoughts here....

    • @stterneherz

i have absolutely no english blood in me but when i learned it and started to get comfortable with the language i picked up a quite heavy british accent, most southern brits cant tell that ive only been speaking english for a little over 4 years, so its possible
