  • The Project Management Lifecycle is the foundation of project management and very useful.
I have found that all methodologies for delivering projects have this lifecycle at their core...whether it's Agile, or waterfall, or hybrid.
If you're ever stuck while delivering a project or wondering how to deliver a project, use these steps and you'll be just fine.

Foremost, I want to say thank you for being the guide we all need.
I’m have my first degree, bachelor’s in civil engineering and the second, master’s in water resources and environmental engineering. Without experience in the above mentioned fields, I’m considering going into PM and I’ve already done the Google PM Professional Course which I competed in just a month ‘cause I had little PM experience from prior industrial trainings.
I need an advice on how to forge ahead and start a career in PM, how do I go from here?
If you offer mentorship for starters in my condition, please let me know.
Your response at your convenience will be appreciated.

Please Is it possible to go into Scrum and be a Scrum Master without been a certified project manager that is without writing the PMP Certification first?
