"Focus time" and "Break time." Yes, and yes!
Also, I totally agree with the recurring meetings. We had monday "game plan" meetings where we discussed what we achieved the past week and our plans for the new week.
It motivated the team to have a productive week because we'd have to discuss what we've been able to achieve the following Monday. Definitely helps with accountability and spurs the team to close out the week on a productive note!

Managing multiple projects can be daunting and could sometimes feel impossible. Building a system like this and following through could be the difference between success and failure. Brilliant work putting this together Ogaga, truly inspirational. Keep up the good work.

Another exceptional video. I particularly like the blocking out part of the calendar. Will implement that.

    Hi.
I just found your videos and I like the content and the your clear explanations.
I am also dealing with lots of projects at same time and it is hard to keep up on everything. I find myself trying different methods or techniques to have an easy access, good comprehension, good record etc…
I have a question about how you deal (record, follow up, updates, work on them etc…) with new information (additional works/tasks or changes or issues etc…) coming from everywhere, for most of projects, at the same time.
    Thanks !

Can you suggest any opensource tools you used to track weekly status reports on multiple projects?
