I'm Certified Scrum Master, took the Google project management course, studied engineeering management degree. Still struggling to find an Entry-level project coordinator/ manager job. Should I go with Prince 2 foundation certification as it's more recognize in the UK?
If you’re in the UK, I’d say focus on getting what you see is more valuable there. However, my question is, have you done any actual projects? You may want to take those projects and highlight them on your resume/LinkedIn. Recruiters and employers typically want to see proof of projects, not just the certs/education. Hope this helps.
@@LOLATHEMANAGER My experience previously was working in IT software development and I was involved more into technical aspects of projects rather than management. I have good understanding of Agile methodology and other project management methodology. So my only way to showcase my understanding is certification and coursework. On the other hand the experience of IT software development in CV stating in bullet points how I contributed in sprints , did documentation, managed Jira tickets.
@@LOLATHEMANAGER It’s just I want someone to give me an opportunity so I can prove my skills.
